Monginis Cake Shop — Restaurant in Goa

Bought red velvet cake from this shop, so dry and pathetic taste loaded with cream yuck🤮. Secondly I told this lady who wear glasses sitting at counter to write ‘welcome back papa’ she writes’ welcome black papa’ are you serious is she even educated ruined my surprise with her disgusting words. Are u sitting in the shop and ruining others celebrations. Whenever you enter monginis Colva you get negative vibes no positivity. No hygiene . The girls and the old lady with glasses specially no smile, looks like someone slapped their faces and sent to work. The quality is average, be it any items , a cake or pattice. The disgusting part is the staff and the so called manager who doesn't know how to speak to customer. Was ther to pick my order , firstly the staff was totally unaware of the billing and made me wait 15 mins and on top upon speaking to the manager, he was like either take the order or leave. I have visited the place multiple times in Jan and Feb 2021. I see 3 young ladies at the counter, and 2 of them have stopped wearing masks. Request the owner to please mandate the use of masks to your employees. Only the receptionist who is opens up the Cake Shop in the mornings, usually wears a mask.
