Air Bistro — Restaurant in Gujarat

It's a rooftop cafe-restaurant. It was not breezy on the evening we visited. To beat the summer heat, they provide air coolers to every table - which is very good and a necessity in summers for an open-air cafe. The food was delicious, but we got our food - a subji-naan combo - one hour (!!) after we placed the order due to some internal confusion amongst their service staff. It was a bit hard to believe because there were large families who came after us and had some large orders which were served quite quickly before we got ours. We had also asked for a margarita initially which they first said they could make, but after some time they said it cannot be prepared due to some reasons. So we had to cancel it and wait for our main course. We expressed our displeasure for the overall experience, especially the delay in service. At restaurant Customers need mannered table service.

i visited this place for a family get-together. on that day it was suddenly raining so I couldn't get a chance to see the entire place especially the terrace sitting area or lounge. so we decided to have our dinner in the restaurant area on the ground floor.

we ordered a few continental dishes along with a few Indian dishes. They have taken more time for food preparation in particular continental cuisine and as compared to other restaurants the preparation time is on the higher side. I've received food but the quality was missing in authenticity in continental dishes. The Indian cuisine was good. They should improve their services even though they have enough of serving staff as well as table captains.
