Terrible Experience – Rude Staff, Especially the Counter Guy

I’ve been coming to this place for years, but after my recent visit, I’ll never return. The guy at the counter was incredibly rude. I placed a takeaway order and he demanded I pay first before even writing it down. I said I’d pay after getting my order, which clearly annoyed him. While other customers got served quickly, my order was ignored until I looked at him—only then did he pass it to the waiter. When the food was finally ready, he didn’t even call me. I was sitting right in front of him on my bike, yet he left it on his table without a word. When I asked about it, he made excuses he didn’t use for anyone else. Then he told me to pay in cash. When I asked for a digital option, he rudely pulled a QR code box from under the table. My brother called him out for not informing us when the order was ready, but he completely ignored him. And told waiter who was left to him, “Ignore customers like this, they’ll go away.” Absolutely disrespectful, arrogant behavior. Feels like I wasn’t treated well because of how I looked or dressed. This place has let its growth go to their heads. I used to like it, but now I strongly advise everyone to stay away. I want to give this resturant in minus rating. This is one of the places in ahmedabad where I prefer to go for having chicken. The taste and quality provided here is very good and they have a good variety of chicken and egg options available..so for taste (4/5) The staff is very good which is to be mentioned and the service is quite fast..(4/5). The only thing which holds me back from giving 5 star is the poor ambiance compared to the pricing of the food.. Overall it's a good place to have...
