Booking was easy. Rooms were fine. Wifi was a problem throughout the stay, couldn't get any wifi in the room. Not having a local line meant you had to constantly go to the reception to get internet access. Service was rather poor. Their hotel was fully booked. Had an issue with the operation of the A/c which the attendant told us to solve by "running it on 18°c, then only will cool air come in. Also the hotel is full so use the fan." He didn't know how to fully operate it, we resorted to learning it ourselves and the a/c was fine. They never cleaned up the room despite having a switch that one could use to say cleanup required. Their excuse was you had to tell the reception in order to get it cleaned, which was never informed to us. Room service was also poor. On many occasions, calls to bring water bottles were never done despite calls again and again, finally had to resort to picking them up ourselves from the restaurant. While I understand early check-in requests can’t always be honored, what’s baffling is that even the promised 12 PM check-in was delayed by 10 minutes. And here’s the real kicker: the room door doesn’t work! The management’s response? ‘No worries, there’s a CCTV camera—no one will enter.’ Seriously?
The solution to this was even more absurd—if the door locks, you’d need to enter the room through the balcony via another room. Unbelievable! How can a place claiming to be a ‘2-star hotel’ operate like this? This disaster completely ruined the first day of our trip.
Here’s a suggestion: at the very least, get the basics right. If early check-in isn’t possible, send a simple email saying so. And if you can’t manage doors, of all things, maybe rethink calling yourself a hotel.

Our stay at this hotel in Ahmedabad was a complete letdown. Despite having booked three rooms, each meant for three people, the rooms were only equipped with beds for two. This lack of basic preparation was just the beginning of the issues.
We requested water for the room multiple times, but the staff failed to fulfill such a simple request. Additionally, the rooms were handed over to us much later than promised, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
The condition of the hotel itself was subpar—poorly maintained doors and no provision for hot water made the stay all the more unpleasant. For a service industry establishment, this hotel lacks the most basic customer service standards.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. There are far better options available in Ahmedabad that actually value their guests’ time...
