I recently had the pleasure of dining at MoMo Cafe in Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the outstanding service provided by the team. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with genuine smiles and warm salutations, instantly making us feel at home.
The attention to detail exhibited by the staff was remarkable. Not only did they remember our requests, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of delightful. The level of personalized care and attentiveness we received was truly exceptional.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at MoMo Cafe, particularly Pankaj, Abhishek, Ashish, Pui, Shabita, Reema, Zuali, and Shabin. Your dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed. Each one of you played a vital role in making our breakfast experience truly memorable.
The warm atmosphere, coupled with the delectable food, made for a perfect morning. But it was your team's impeccable service that elevated the experience to new heights. Your genuine hospitality and attentiveness left a lasting impression on us, and I am sincerely grateful for the care and effort you put into ensuring our satisfaction.
I wholeheartedly recommend MoMo Cafe to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. The team's exceptional services have set a new standard for hospitality, and they truly deserve this well-earned compliment.
Thank you once again, Pankaj, Abhishek, Ashish, Pui, Shabita, Reema, Zuali, and Shabin, for making our visit to MoMo Cafe so special. Your unwavering dedication and remarkable service are truly...
Read moreA Nightmare Dining Experience at Marriott I am rarely so moved to pen a review as I was after my horrendous meal at Marriott. Everything from the service to the food was well below par. My order of paneer tikka, usually a delight of Indian cuisine, arrived at my table aggressively spicy, almost a culinary assault. It felt less like a dish to be savored and more like a challenge from a chef with something to prove. Unfortunately, the only thing proved was their lack of skill in balancing flavors. The risotto, typically a symphony of creamy goodness, was utterly tasteless. It was as if the chef had forgotten that this Italian classic relies heavily on its delicate flavor profile. It was a travesty to all risotto everywhere, a bland and uninspired dish. Adding insult to injury, the waiter outright refused to replace our meals. This, coupled with an abysmal level of service that ranged from uninterested to outright rude, completed the trifecta of dining horrors. I was left in complete disbelief of how a restaurant under the Marriott banner could let its standards slip this far. In conclusion, I would caution anyone against dining at this establishment. With its poor quality of food, horrific service, and a general disdain for its patrons, the Marriott has deeply tarnished its reputation. A once reliable name in dining has sadly fallen from grace. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. You...
Read moreThis is the only restaurant where we have had horrible experiences.
The staff is untrained here. They do not know what are we requesting in food. Simple and basic thing like taking away plates once we are done with food has to be told to them. Even the service is extremely poor. The first time when we visited some 7-8 years ago on valentines day when the hotel had just started in Ahmedabad, since then we are facing pathetic service from this restaurant. Welcome drink didnt use to come even when we were done with the desserts. When we place order for sev puri or bhel that also took time like 20-25 mins. During our last visit, we placed an order for pizza. It didn’t come for 40 minutes LOL So we don’t get it for what as a customer we are paying for? And in all the scenarios, the restaurant was not fully occupied so these people cannot give this excuse as well.
Coming to the main part- hygiene It is super bad here. Everytime we have found hair in some or the other dishes. In hakka noodles and dahi bhalla chaat we have lately found hair.
About taste- it is again bad most of the times. Soups are watery. In desserts, cakes and brownies are dry many times. Whenever we have taken ala carte like we tried pasta and mojito - these 2 things were...
