BrewDog Gurugram — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I had visited BrewDog Club a few days back, and I must express my profound disappointment and anger. I was thrilled to meet a dear friend after years, and with a long and tiring day behind me, I looked forward to unwinding with some quality beer. Excited about their reputed in-house brews, I requested tasters. But can you believe the horror I encountered? Every single glass they brought me was used and tainted with lipstick marks. All six of them! I was beyond petrified and infuriated, immediately calling for the manager, only to be told that the manager was unavailable. The bartender apologized, but that was hardly enough. Since the manager wasn't around, I insisted they compensate me with a discount. Initially, they agreed, giving me a glimmer of hope. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued as I tried their overpriced and repulsively tasting food. To my dismay, when the bill arrived, they had merely deducted the amount for the beer. I candidly conveyed that I wasn't seeking a discount but rather compensation for ruining my evening and mood. Their response? They claimed they couldn't do anything about it, and to add insult to injury, the bartender began arguing with me, insisting she never promised me a discount. I felt utterly awful, paid the full amount despite not even wanting the beer for free, and vowed never to set foot in that wretched place again. This place is the most genuinely dog friendly place in NCR … It’s not dog friendly in the way most places in Delhi NCR are… where did parents sit outside, in the heat or cold. At Brewdog you sit indoors with your dogs. They have a special food menu for dogs. They offer dogs water in bowls as soon as you’re seated. We were not aware about the dog menu so we had carried our own dog food. They washed our dogs food bowls once they were done eating, without us asking them to !! We had gone with two dogs and one of them was bringing the house down but the staff didn’t flinch even once. They were genuinely to make the dogs comfortable. All the staff members are dog lovers. I can’t recommend this place enough. There is very good beer on tap … and whatever food we tried...

Good place - great atmosphere, helpful staff. Had a pepperoni pizza with three of their beers. All very good.

Cons: The selection of beers on tap here is a bit limited though for a microbrewery. So one star down for that.

Compared to the BrewDog outlet in Mumbai, this one is a bit small. The bathrooms are small and super awkward - had to engage in a weird small take waiting to wash my hands as there's just one sink. Apparently the women's loo was also similar. And, most shockingly, no gender neutral washrooms at all. For any other bar, I wouldn't fuss, but for BREWDOG, a company that's built on progressive ideals, it's very weird. Huge contrast to BrewDog outlets in Edinburgh or even Mumbai which all have accessible washrooms. So one star...
