Poor services and commitment. I had order food from fassos through uber eats. Then after some time i received a call from fassos that one of the item which you had ordered is not available so they request me to change that and then on the call i changed the order and then they sent me a text stating that my order has been placed and a amount which is almost 2.5 times the price at what i had ordered. Then again i called up fassos and they said your order is paid by us and i don’t need to pay for the order. And then after 5 mins i received call from fassos again that from the new order one item is not available and then again changed my order and then he told me to ask uber to send a person to deliver my order. And then i called uber and after spending another 10 mins on call he said that my order has been cancelled. And again i had called fassos he said that my order is being prepared. And then i called uber they said my order is cancelled now i have to order again and need to pay for the order. I had placed my order on 20:55 and at 22:45 i got to know that my order is cancelled and i have to order again & wait for another 40-50 mins for the order. And for this time i need to pay for the order.
And these guys from fassos said if we can't deliver your food on time then it will be free.
Now i am not going to order from fassos again!!! And interesting thing this was my first order...

Ordered two of their Royal Lunchbox servings on a lazy afternoon.
I ordered the following: Paneer Methi Chaman with Falafel Nuggets. Smoked Butter Chicken with Chicken Meatballs.
The best part was that the food was served hot and the packaging could sustain the heat even for quite a few minutes after the delivery once out of their hot bags.
The food was great. The Paneer was appropriately cream, the Butter Chicken just the right amount of flavourful. Special mention for the Meatballs - were prepared well and had an authentic taste to itself.
Something that might be rendered as underrated in their Lunch Thali is the Dal Makhni that was served. It's just amazing! The real creamy taste of the Dal took me back to the good old Karol Bagh days!
The combo comes with Rice, Roti, Dal, Main (Paneer/Chicken), Starter and a Sweet (Gulab Jamun). Which is pretty much just the right spread to be called 'Royal'. The portions are decent, although if you're a heavy eater, you might need another...

I recently had a chance to order cheesy chicken delight roll which was delivered hot and well within the time frame. The mixture of sauces in the chicken roll never stopped oozing out but was enjoyable throughout. The chicken was well seasoned if not succulent. The best part however was the re-heat test, which the roll fared well!
If chicken is too mainstream for your tastes, they have other alternatives too! Fret not vegetarians, you get paneer!
Also Make no mistake, these rolls are huge and pretty filled and easily shareable amongst 2 when you're not growling with hunger pangs.
Can't choose what to order? Get your hands on faasos website and then proceed to order!
I'm guessing, chicken, cheese and sauces can never hurt much....
