Lock and key A retro themed rstrobar in crosspoint mall opens only after 4.30 pm ideal time to go for your favourite cocktails, wine and of course great food with it We had the opportunity to visit at around 7 pm and tasted some of the finest dishes from the multicuisine menu Started with small plates where we were served delectable Burnt Onion Prawns tossed in butter with priental spices and served with crispy opnoin and garlic pearl. Next came Egyptian Falafel where soft falafel Patty was stuffed in a mini pita pocket with pickled vegetables and hummus Palak Patta Chaat was delicately served in a wine glass with the Chaat toppings in the centre and crispy palak Patta served on the sides. Perfect texture and flavour Tamarind Tandoori Wings perfectly cooked chicken drumsticks marinated with tandoori spices and flavoured with imli chutney Pesto flat bread this was so perfectly dobe. Thin and crisp flat bread with pesto sauce topped with olives, jalepenos, tomato, mozerella cheese and crispy onions Size zero salad excellent salad tossed with hung curd and mint chutney with baked chips, mix of vegetables, lettuce, olives In the mains each dish vied to be the best kokum curry served with Malabar parantha and applam clearly won the hearts followed by Petite Gouda Naan- Bite size naans stuffed with gauda cheese served with onion chutney. Bhuna Gosht Quesadilla a fusion of Indian flavours with Mexican - thin Quesadilla stuffed with boneless bhina Gosht and cheddar cheese served with salsa and sour cream. Burmese Khowsuey was deliciously traditional. Just perfect in taste and flavours Dessert we went for Chocolate Bomb – a chocolava cake filled with hot dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream on the side a favourite of all A must visit place for one and all

Visited this place recently to review their recently launched weekend brunch which is only served between 12-4. Entering the place, I got an instant feeling of one of those old English bars with live music set up tucked in the corner for performances. The decor was chic and was more enhanced due to Christmas lightings and decorations. The bar and food menu is extravagant, though I chose the brunch menu. Drinks - They have a special range of winter cocktails out of which, I opted to try th L&K mulled wine - which was pomegranate infused. I liked how the pomegranate had cut down the strong fragrance and flavours of the otherwise mulled wine. Next, I tried the purpal haze - absolutely beautifully presented and tasted decently well. Food- Started out with Chicken Asparagus Roll up (outstanding), Prawn Panacea which was bacon wrapped prawns with spicy dip (outstanding), Beetroot and Pinenut Kebab (really soft!), Fish five spice (really well spiced and super soft), mutton geelafi and Chicken Kebabs (decently made). The vegetarian Three Cheese cigars rolls and the Zucchini rolls were okay-ish. Main course started with aubergine au gratin and Grilled cottage cheese steak (both had similar sauces but tasted absolutely outstanding). The Burmese khowsuay was not the best one. For the non vegetarians - the dish that stood out for me was the Chargrilled pork chops - just soo good! The soul fish and Chicken Saltimbocca was decently made, all served with steamed Vegetables and mashed potatoes on the side. Dessert had limited options of Date cigar with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate mud cake with salty caramel (preferred over the other one). Cheers 🍻

Lock & Key is latest speakeasy bar located at the first floor of Cross Point mall. The place maintains an old-time feel, serving your cocktails in teacups and coffee glasses. Some of the Cocktails that can be tried are Purpal Haze, Milano Spritzer and 24 Carat. For food they have a rather mixed menu. Some of the recommendations include Burnt Onion Prawns, Bhuna Gosht Quesadillas, Mushroom Gyoza and Pesto Flatbread. The pesto flatbread complements well with drinks. The burnt onion prawns were very delicious in taste and very addictive too. For mains tried the Baked Peri Peri Chicken and Pumpkin Ravioli. The baked peri peri peri Chicken came with a side salad and cous-cous. This was a rather healthy dish. The pumpkin ravioli had a sweet flavour and is definitely not for everyone. Verdict :- If you love experimenting with cocktails then you have got to visit this place. They also have a winter selection of cocktails that can be tried.

Recently visited this place with my friends to spend some quality time with them. It’s an amazing place to hangout with friends with lively ambiance and amazing food. They have recently launched their Weekend Brunch menu which they serve only from 12-4 pm. So they suggested us to order from that ,and I’m glad that we went with their suggestion. Ambiance was amazing and welcoming. Staff was very attentive and humble. Service was fast too. From food till ambiance everything was on the point, one single thing don’t let us down. Now let me tell you about the amazing food we have tried there:-

STARTERS:- Beetroot And Pinenut Kebab- Amazing kebabs with amazing flavour of beetroot and pinenut with amazing nutty texture. Fish Five Spice- Crispy fried fish tossed in amazing oriental gravy with flavour of five spices. Chicken Asparagus Roll Up- Crunchy asparagus rolled inside chicken strip with little bit flavour of white wine. Stuffed Zucchini Roll- Thin strip of zucchini filled with pinenut and ricotta cheese. Mutton Geelafi Seekh Kebab- Yummy and spicy mutton seekh kebab served along with amazing mint sauce . Prawn Panacea- Amazing marinated prawn wrapped with bacon and served along with a tangy dip.

MAINCOURSE:- Grilled Cottage Cheese Steak- Three layer of grilled cottage cheese covered with tangy tomato gravy, cheesy mushroom sauce & pesto sauce topped with parmesan cheese. Aubergine Au Gratin- Layers of grilled aubergine with yummy flavour of tomato, spinach & mushroom. Burmese Khowsuay- Amazing burmese delicacy soup served with different condiments. Spicy Asian Sole Fish- Grilled fish fillet served with sauted veggies, spicy asian sauce and zucchini spaghetti. Chicken Saltimbocca- Chicken piccatta stuffed with spinach and cheese wrapped in bacon tossed in chicken jus. Chargrilled Pork Chops- Amazingly marinated grilled pork served along with mashed potatoes and herbed veggies.

DRINKS:- Purpal Haze- Amazing ketel one based drink with tangy flavour of lime and amazing essence of lavender. Old Fashioned- Jim beam based drink with amazing flavour of sugar cubes and orange zest. Hot Toddy- Hot whiskey with tincture of cinnamon, clove and honey. Yuzu San- One is the bestest drink I have tried their with amazing flavour of peach and lime. Twisted Fizz- Amazing drink with tangy flavour of mint and lime with fizzy twist.

DESSERTS:- Date Cigars With Vanilla Icecream- Crispy and fried rolls filled with grated dates served along with vanilla icecream. Chocolate Mud Cake With Salty Caramel- Yummy and soft chocolaty mud cake with little bit salty flavour of caramel. Overall Lock & Key is amazing outlet where you can hangout with your friends or spend a quality of time with your family along with having some amazing drinks and finger licking good food with...
