I recently had the pleasure of trying the California Burrito from Tacos Place, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The restaurant's ambience was great, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers. The affordability of the food was also a definite plus point, making it accessible to a wide range of diners. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive aspects of my visit.
However, while there were many positives, I must address a concerning aspect of the food preparation process. It was disappointing to observe that the staff members did not use gloves or hairnets while handling the food. This lack of adherence to hygiene practices raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the food being served. It is important for restaurants to prioritize food safety by following proper protocols, such as wearing gloves and hairnets, to ensure the well-being of their customers.
Another area of improvement is the management of garbage and food items within the dining area. It was disconcerting to witness staff members carrying garbage and food items through the dining area. This practice can compromise the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant. Establishing designated paths and procedures for handling garbage and food items can greatly enhance the dining experience and maintain a more hygienic environment for customers.
Despite these concerns, I acknowledge the positive aspects of my experience at Tacos Place. The California Burrito itself was delicious, with flavorful ingredients and a generous portion size. The restaurant's ambience created a vibrant and enjoyable setting, and the friendly staff members were attentive and helpful.
In conclusion, while Tacos Place offers an affordable and tasty California Burrito, it is crucial for them to address the issues pertaining to food preparation hygiene and the handling of garbage and food items in the dining area. By implementing proper protocols and maintaining cleanliness, Tacos Place can further enhance its overall dining experience and ensure the well-being of its...
Read moreI usually order from this place, but to celebrate the opening of their 100th store, California Burrito introduced a special ₹100 menu for customers who visited in person. Naturally, I couldn’t miss the opportunity to grab my favorite burritos at such a great price.
When I arrived, the place was bustling with people, as expected. A long queue had formed outside, and I initially thought it would take forever to get my order. However, to my surprise, the staff was incredibly efficient. They managed the crowd so well that the line moved quickly, and despite the rush, there was no chaos. The team was well-organized, preparing orders at impressive speed while ensuring accuracy.
What stood out the most was the staff’s patience and politeness. Even with multiple customers asking questions and placing complex orders, they remained friendly and professional. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a lively atmosphere. It was clear that they had prepared well for the special occasion.
I decided to order two burritos, and just like always, they did not disappoint. The flavors were fresh, the fillings were generous, and the quality remained top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I left impressed by how smoothly they handled...
Read moreWell done interiors. Very classy. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Don't have many choices when it comes to drinks, and their menu has changed quite a bit.
Has a lot of seating, is spotless, and is well-maintained.
What we ordered:
Chipotle Chicken Bowl - is my go-to at this restaurant. Gave me extra ingredients and made it exactly how I liked it. Very generous with the Gaucamole
Crunchy Taco - was good, a little less filled, but the taste was amazing
Kid's Bean Quesadilla - ordered this since the side dish of a plain quesadilla was removed, was just as good. But wish they filled it more consistently since the ends didn't have any filling.
Nacho chips with Gaucamole - loved it but wish the guacamole wasn't soo limited.
Will definitely go back, as it's quite close to my place, and I love this restaurant, especially for the healthy and fresh ingredients.
Not sure about the parking situation, as we went at a time there wasn't much rush, but not sure they have too much, especially since it shares its building with other businesses.
Love the burrito bowl as you can add as much or as less of whatever you prefer - pretty much custom-made. And the staff is nice enough to comply and don't complain if you like it a...
