I went along with my family to have food but faced bad experience at the restaurant on a birthday. This is near hitech city signal junction. The food taste was average nothing special. The manager and staff members were very rude from the beginning and were not bothered even if we decided to leave due to parking as they had no proper parking facility. They were parking my car on the road side which was not legal and they call it as vallet parking. If we question them they are asking us to leave if we did not like., however as it was already late for lunch so we decided to compromise but after the meal was done., the senior attender gets the bill with all cst, gst and cgst. However the surprise was that I saw a 10 ℅ extra charge on top of the bill which they called it as service charge which means charges for serving us the food on the table. This was strange so when i asked the manager or the senior attender wearing black round cap. He said this is optional and it will be deducted only if we ask else by default it will be added to the bill. Any restaurant the tip is based on the way they treat the customer or based on ambience but here is it directly added onto the bill and will be said optional. So the attender started arguing with me and said that his boss is not mad to put such instructions and concluded that he may wish to have food here Or leave without showing any interest or respect towards customers. So in my opinion this is the worst experience i had in a restaurant and would not...

Chicha's in Hyderabad offers a blend of positives and areas for improvement. The food is undoubtedly a highlight, boasting a range of delicious dishes that satisfy the taste buds. From traditional favorites to inventive creations, there's something for every palate.
The service at Chicha's is commendable, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. They are courteous and prompt, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
However, the ambiance leaves something to be desired. While decent, there's room for enhancement, particularly in the outdoor seating area. The ambiance could be elevated with better seating arrangements or décor to create a more inviting atmosphere.
One significant downside was the entrance area, which unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. The presence of stagnant gutter water created an unpleasant odor, impacting the first impression of the restaurant. Addressing this issue promptly would greatly improve the overall impression for visitors.
Additionally, the absence of valet parking was noted. Providing valet services would enhance convenience for patrons, especially considering the challenges of finding parking in busy areas.
In summary, Chicha's offers good food and service, but improvements to the ambiance, entrance cleanliness, and parking facilities are needed to elevate the dining experience fully. With attention to these areas, Chicha's has the potential to become a top dining destination...
Read moreI recently dined at Chicha's restaurant located in Masab Tank, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. The restaurant specializes in serving some fantastic Hyderabadi dishes, and for the most part, they hit the mark.
The standout dishes for me were definitely the Kebabs and Roghni Roti. The Kebabs were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and it's clear that the chefs know their craft when it comes to grilling. The Roghni Roti was a great accompaniment, soft and slightly crispy, making it an excellent pairing with the kebabs.
While the Kebabs and Roghni Roti were undoubtedly impressive, I have to say that the Biryani fell slightly short of my expectations. Don't get me wrong; it was still good, but in a city known for its exceptional Biryani, I was hoping for a bit more. It lacked that distinctive Hyderabadi flair that makes Biryani in this region so famous. Nevertheless, it was flavorful and enjoyable.
If you plan to visit Chicha's, I highly recommend trying their Kebabs, Khatti Dal, and Shikampur. These dishes were definite winners and showcased the true essence of Hyderabadi cuisine.
The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant, the service is courteous, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, Chicha's is a great place to satisfy your Hyderabadi food cravings, and I would certainly visit again for those delicious kebabs and other delightful...
