Figaro's Pizza — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Absolutely frustrating experience. I spent an hour researching a good pizza place in this area, and dine out showed decent dining offers, and that is the trap!

Mentioned below are points which got me frustrated:

1- The dineout offers are not covered if you pick a combo. Fair point, but this should be a heads up when you’re ordering not when you are about to pay.

2- If I try to convert this combo items into ala carte (since I had already paid for reservation) then starter/side items are made unavailable and we have to purchase full portion. But this is also told me right after order is finalized.

And then, the cold drinks are again kept outside of this offer. And have to paid separately. Shady and complicated ordering process.

3- Final nail in the coffin, I agree to all the complex order structure the counter guy proposed, and then he mentions he wont accept card and only UPI.

At this point, I lost it completely as if the restaurant is deliberately making it so complicated to order food here. And then also accepting payments in very random modes of transactions via UPI which made me lose all credibility on them.

Dont fall for the 5 star reviews here. I walked...

Figaro's Pizza is hands down the best pizza spot in Hyderabad! As a regular customer, I can confidently say that no other competitor matches their level of freshness and flavor. This is a relatively new place, hence the are short on staff. They have a self service board, but don't mind serving the pizza to your table in case it gets late. That's great 👍. Much appreciated. The atmosphere is a little let down, it's pretty hot and they have only two ACs facing in different directions which do not provide much cooling. 😕 The outdoor area is nice for a cool evening, not for the summers.

Coming to the pizzas, i am personally not a fan of regular pan base / thick crust pizzas. Hence i would not rate them the best. We ordered the Mediterranean chicken pizza which is olive oil based without Tomato sauce and lots of topings and cheese. Even though it was without the Tomato sauce, it taste good. The breadsticks were a let down, did not like the thickness, there was hardly any seasoning, very dry..and their marinara dip was not upto mark.
