I work at SKC so most days I get my lunch from Haldirams, last week I ordered Jeera Rice and Dal fry, but they gave me a paneer butter masala combo meal. Due to nature of my work, I don’t get too many breaks so I couldn’t go back to complain about the wrong item that they gave me. So today when I went to get my meal I complained to the manager about the wrong order, instead of apologising he tells me that I under paid because the Paneer meal is more expensive and that now he will have to do some sort of double billing (which he repeated at least 6 times). He said he will have to pay out of his pocket for the expensive meal that I ate (the sad part is I detest paneer and so I had to give away my meal to my colleague). So no apology, wrong order, rude manager, worst customer service, my money gone and also I got no food. This whole thing made me so anxious, I felt attacked. The worst manager ever!! The guy at the food counter had more brains, he said “it was a new guy who packed your order so he made a mistake”. Such a simple thing, that’s all the manager had to say forget sorry! Read moreIn Hyderabad, you are disappointing all your lovers- Haldiram. Settled in Hyderabad from Delhi 6 years back, I always used to miss delicacies of haldiram like chhole bhature, raj kachori. When it started in Hyderabad - high hopes thinking it will be the same as Delhi. A big disappointment, Tried madhapur Haldirams first. Thought of not repeating but thn after break of one-year again went with fresh thought that now every thing wud have got improved. Second time tried in sattva building. Again disappointment. Not worth going in Hyderabad Haldirams as they not able to keep up the quality served in Delhi. The chhole served with bhature were not even cooked properly. I make better chhole at home. This feedback is only for food and for sweets as we never tried.

Read moreThe billing process is so confusing and slow. One has to wait in 3 queues if it's a retail billing. If someone is damn hungry and orders, even 1 piece of samosa will take 10-15 mins to be handed over to the customers.
For dine-in customers, the QR codes are placed on the table but they don't work either. It so happened that I ordered through QR and payment was confirmed, but after 15 mins of waiting, I got to know that payment is not received and money will be refunded. There is no information provided to the customers. Sometimes, the orders take indefinite amount of time to be prepared and handed over to customers unless customers goes and asks. Imagine someone who is damn hungry and given has such an experience. So pathetic service.
