Excellent Biriyani served by disrespectful staff as if we visit Meridian for free food( especially ground) Visited Meridian 3 times in a span of 3days. my first very visit was for a dinner on the 1st floor, ordered mutton biryani. Even before we order the waiter gives you the terms and conditions saying order below Rs. 500 is only cash( this itself is against goverment rule) next he ask for tip directly ( this culture is all over Hyderabad) not request, but order. after a day break visited for lunch and th 1st floor was closed. So, had to dine in at ground floor. Which is a feel of a wedding hall, again the same order below Rs. 500 is cash. ordered tandoori roti and kheema masla, food was excellent. Btw, the staff makes you feel horrible. same day evening visited again to take biryani parcel from the counter as I was traveling to Bangalore. By mistake I entered the dine in place asking for a glass of water. The staff was all around. One tells the another, the another tells another. Btw, no one bothered to give me a glass of water. During lockdown I felt bad for these workers. Trust me that day i felt bad for feeling bad for such arrogant people. Meridian should start a self service section. I again tell you biriyani, keema malasa was excellent. Btw, the experience of dine in and service was horrible. I will think twice before i ever dine in or even to take parcel.
