Hunan Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is a place I used to visit regularly during 2003-2008 period. It's been 5 years since I last visited this place and I wanted to take my friends for dinner.

They suggested Nanking, mainland China and Alex's kitchen but I was adamant that we visit Hunan.

I was a little scared if the place had lost its originality and if the food would taste the same as it used to earlier. One friend said Alex's kitchen wasn't the same anymore and the other friend was not so excited about Nanking as his last visit was average. So I was desperate for Hunan to live up to its expectations.

And Hunan did not disappoint me as the food tasted the same as it always used to.

Overall it was a very satisfying experience. However it would be better if the restaurant serves...

We visited this restaurant yesterday the waiter was soo arrogant and he is unable to understand what we are saying. The food was good but when we asked for the bill the waiter wrote all wrong bill and asked us to pay and when we questioned him he said he forgot and made the bill of 890 rs where the actual bill was 590. We actually ordered 5 items and he wrote 6 items and asking us to pay, after I questioned him seriously he is saying that he confused and gave us the final bill from 890 to 590 after 10 min of argument, if you want to visit the restaurant be aware what he is...

My go-to place for good quality, delicious Chinese food. They have an excellent range of dishes. Their soups are great, personal favourite being the hot and sour soup.

Their pepper chicken and other such starter items are delicious too. You'll finish it before you know it.

They don't just offer the usual noodles and fried rice but other awesome stuff like Chop Suey, and more traditional soft noodles.

Very affordable too for a night out for Chinese food. Go once and you'll go back several...
