So yesterday , 19th dec we decided to go to Paro having read so much about it . All the reviews and magazine articles. Will start with the pros. The ambiance and setting is beautiful. We were at the roof top. The service was quick and staff was courteous. Only dishes that took time were the desserts. But it was worth the wait . They have valet parking since the location is such. Cons : The music is too loud. Its blaring. Which they said is to cancel out the traffic noise .With such loud music one can hardly talk. The genre was techno. I would have personally preferred a light instrumental seeing the setting of the place. Its a personal choice. Starting with food with ordered Truffle mushroom galouti : āļøāļøāļø Broccoli kebabs:āļøāļøāļø the pieces were a little too big and difficult to cut . It was missing the mustard flavour which was mentioned in the description. Seekh kebab : were good nothing exceptional Chicken burra : it was flavourful but again lacked that punch. A little zing maybe. That would have elevated the dish to next level. Chicken curry (homemade) and laalmass : decent . Aam ras panna cotta: definitely something to try. The panna cotta silky smooth with perfect texture. And the combination worked well. Tea tiramisu: interesting take on the classic tiramisu. Was tasty . And another dish that one should try. Cocktails: Ratnagiri rapsody , house of kashmir and indian summer. All the drinks were good.
In the end it comes down to would I visit the place again.if it was a quieter setting then definitely yes. Again it is my preference. Some like that music and want to step out for that. So go for it. The food and the drinks would not...

Upon pursuing it, we were sent to the noisy top floor, which had mist fans constantly drenching the patrons.
Iād like to ask the management why even list on Zomato/district if you donāt want to take those reservations seriously? Why bother your customers with a terrible experience before they even get their food?
Impolite staff communicated this to us at every level.
Only after I pushed and insisted they honour the booking made, and showing them confirmation via automated texts, they āallowed usā to eat within the hour and said weād have to vacate if the next cover didnāt cancel.
What kind of hospitality is this for paying customers?
Drop the nonsense, the food isnāt that great to be throwing shade at customers who have made paid bookings on verified platforms.
Iād rate the food a 2.5 or 3 at best, a negative 5 for customer service. Does the rest even really matter?
You can only dress up a a dumpster fire so much⦠I hope someone at Zomato/District sees this and penalises the restaurant for misguiding...

We sent the bill for correction ⦠then came a super surprise We were chargers for 12 cocktails And the bill become 13 k . Again we called the waiter and finally after a little unpleasant tone we had to ask him to bring us the right bill . The final about was 7.5 k Just half of what was given to us earlier .
