McDonald's — Restaurant in Kalkaji

I've been visiting McDonald's Kalka Ji regularly for the past two months, mostly to enjoy a hot coffee while working on my laptop for about an hour. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've had a disappointing experience that makes me feel more like a burden than a valued customer.

The staff consistently turn off the charging ports, making it difficult to charge my laptop and work peacefully. Despite being a paying customer, I've had to ask repeatedly—almost like begging—just to use a basic facility.

To make things worse, on a few occasions, hot coffee was served in cold drink paper cups, which begin to dissolve and ruin the taste completely. This is not just unprofessional—it’s unsafe.

There are times when the AC is turned off, and the overall environment becomes uncomfortable, which defeats the purpose of coming to relax and enjoy a coffee.

I had avoided posting a review, hoping things would improve, but this has happened far too often now. McDonald’s is supposed to be a space for comfort and consistency—but this outlet seems to have forgotten that.

McDonald's though is one of the leading burger chains in India and has a great vegetarian menu but now it's been increasing the prices of it's products too fast. As of the burgers, Mc Aloo Tikki is one of the best burgers till date. Mc Veg Maharaja Mac is also good to try on. While the non - vegetarian burgers like Mc Chicken Maharaja Maj ( a copy of the chicken whopper from Burger King ), Mc Chicken Grill, Mc Chicken, Mc Egg (anglicised version of the omelette pav you get in Maharashtra ), Mc Sausage fail to satisfy your taste buds. They need some serious inspiration from KFC and introduce something like the Zinger burger. Coming to the sides; the Pizza Mc Puff is great while the Paneer wrap is also a fair deal. As of the desserts McFlurry Choco Crunch is one of my personal favourites, while the other ones are also delectable but a bit expensive. Service is very good.food is good.seating is comfortable.overall experience is awesome.i came here since 2013,from then to now many things have changed but never my seat.i used to sit near the glass window.and the view from this upper ground floor attracts me towards the people on the road..from this window i can see the people with diff. Class.this window introduced you to people from rich family with big brand cars.people from middle class who travelled in gramin seva,fair of which is max. 10 rupee.min is 5 rupee.and some of the very poor people which are begging from rich and the middle class man.i observed these things for so long..but i think this thing will never change.i think this is the world within a window.however i enjoyed my food every time.and after that i used to sit here for a while to add some matter to my book,may publish one day in future.so came here n enjoy the service.food is...
