Pro: Hotel is located near the Mysore palace but most of the hotels are in same proximity.

Cons: We had a very bad experience here.

  1. We booked two rooms here, but one of the rooms was small in size without any proper ventilation.
  2. Room service and service staff are very bad.
  3. There is only 1 litre water provided per room in a day and there is no pantry or water dispenser available. Room service are selling 20/- MRP water for 33/- per litre.
  4. They switch off the lift for most of the time, seems for cost cutting. Higher floor guests suffer due to this.

Suggestion and Feedback For Hotel Management: I raised the non availability of drinking water in room and selling of water at higher prices the hotel staffs and reception but they were very rude. Below are my experience with respective staffs: Mr Rangaswayi: This person assist guests to their room and manages room services. When i raised the non availability of drinking water he said he doesn’t care if we have drinking water or not and we can raise the concern any place. He will sell the water at 33/- per liters only.

Chandu: He is the service boy, he doesnt understand Hindi or English and makes false accusations on Hotel guests, hotel owner should check the recording him at my room (room no: 2008) door around 9th June 8-8:30am. Mr Narayan: He can be the worst staff to keep in hospitality industry. He man handled me and my phone. Owner should check the recording of hotel restaurant reception of 9th June around 10:15am. Mr Narayan spoke to me very rudely and blamed me that i miss behaved with his staff. I requested Mr Narayan to check the hotel corridor recordings but Mr Narayan man handled me and my phone. I have recording of him miss behaving with me.

Request: please provide drinking water in room for guests. And please explain me why we are forced to pay 33/- for a 20/- mrp water bottle, even in the name service charger (which as per law of the land, is on wish of guests to pay for good service). Your staffs are behaving so rude and man handling the guests, why should Guests pay service charge for poor service? And 13 rupees service charge to delivering water at room, note room service are already part of the rook...

Never Ever Again!

This is one Hotel that i wish that me with my family never stay at! Apart from the only advantage of it’s location which is walking distance from Mysore Palace, there isn’t even one positive point that you should be booking your stay here. We stayed here for one day. The bedsheets and pillow cover are smudged. Seems like the attendant only rearranged the sheets used by someone else. My legs and hands were itchy too in the morning (maybe bed bugs!) Commode had clear stains in and around it. The bucket and mugs seemed never washed and cleaned. The tap and the shower had leakage issues. No rod to hang your towel inside the bathroom. No 24 hour hot water, one needs to wait till 7 in the morning! No matter whichever room you take, you will surely get the annoying noise of lift/elevator going up and down throughout the night too! So your sleep at nights goes for a fix! This hotel does have it’s own veg only restaurant. We were allotted a room on 2nd floor and their restaurant is on first floor. But the most funny part is one needs to come down on ground floor, move out of the premises and then climb one floor to reach the restaurant!! Yes!! There is no direct connectivity from hotel to the restaurant. We had lunch at this restaurant on the day of checkin. The service at this restaurant is very slow. I would rate the food 2/5. I ordered masala papad which came after serving the main course. The next morning for breakfast, I even spotted few cockroaches near the breakfast spread in the morning the next day. There are also not much of options available for the guests either way. But the rate they charge for this is Rs. 200 plus taxes! Not justified at all! Lastly, post few more site-seeing of this amazing city we were about to leave this hotel. We had to book a cab and after checkout we were waiting at the lobby to get our Uber cab booked. Me, my son and my husband were at the lobby after all the checkout procedure, the door-keeper at the insistence of the manager kept the AC off!! This is the way you will get treated while you have checked out and no more...

We booked 2 rooms for my family in Ni Ambaari hotel Mysore to have a good time in life. When we visited the first mistake we made was we didn't check the room and paid the money for booking at the reception. Our observation as a human being who wants good treatment for what I paid for. Room Points 1. The first thing I and family members sensed was a smelly room. 2. Then they mentioned a small freeze in the room that was not there. 3. All broken wardrobes. 4. No proper information about reception in the room. Like dial numbers to reception to order food. 5. I ordered a small cup of milk for my son and I was surprised we got it after 45 minutes. Bathroom Points 1. No toilet paper 2. No proper water flush 3. All bathroom taps are jammed; kids need help to operate them.4. Dirty bathroom5. Shower tap jammed with dust or mud ..........no proper output from it6. No exhaust fan in the bathroom - means no ventilation at all. Ni Ambaari Property. 1. No proper car parking. It's lucky if you get it, otherwise cars will be on the road. 2. While going to the room it was smelling and I observed a bed comforter lying on the floor beside the corner of the lift. 3. There are not properly trained people on dressing sense they were wearing dirty clothes. Actually they are not trained on anything I guess People Behavior 1. After complaining in reception about bathroom door jam and other issues. No response and 2 people started fighting in front of me. Finally the opposite person said I will not come do whatever you want. 2. No proper answer to what you ask for. I am sharing my experience and my intention to write a review. People should not trap in their fake reviews and pictures what you see on any booking website.

I recently stayed at Ni Ambaari Hotel in Mysore Town and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the attractions of Mysore. The rooms at Ni Ambaari Hotel were impressive. They were well-maintained and equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overall room decor was pleasing. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the excellent room service. The staff was attentive and prompt in catering to any requests or queries. They were friendly, accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a positive impression. Cleanliness is an essential factor for me, and I was pleased to find that Ni Ambaari Hotel excelled in this regard. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were commendable. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing me to stay connected, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Ni Ambaari Hotel for anyone visiting Mysore Town. The comfortable and well-equipped rooms, excellent room service, and commitment to cleanliness make it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.
