It was a pretty good experience.. actually we were going from mangalore to udupi in the bus and one uncle recommend this hotel to try fish and chicken thali..so after we reached udupi Bus stand we searched for this hotel which is nearby.. and we entered the hotel.. ofcourse it has a nice ambiance but the behaviour of staff's was not that good..as we were traveling we had luggages so i asked where to keep as soon as i entered and someone told to keep there only but after sometime another person came and shouted to remove luggages from that place,it was rude n not welcoming...but the food we ordered that chicken thali was exceptionally good..i personally liked it..but my friends didn't because it was made up of coconut oil..it was the first time We were trying coconut oil cooked food.. but for me it was so good.. quantity was more than enough.. price of thali was also good which came around 280 rupees.. behaviour of staff's were good except some.. i will strongly recommend this place.. you should must try if you are going to Udupi.. thanks

GOOD FOOD AND PATHETIC SERVICE.!! Visited KEDIYOOR GAZEBO for lunch after a quick visit to Udupi temple. A couple of months ago we tried their vegetarian section for breakfast and it was really commendable. With that good memories in mind this time we entered the non veg section GAZEBO. No need for waiting time, the ambience was superb and the seating was super good. They have a bar counter attached to the dining area. We ordered chicken noodles and chicken Schezwan fried rice as main course. Took about 10 minutes and it was absolutely fine considering its noodles and fried rice. Food was good, LITTLE OVER PRICED but quantity was decent considering the rate btw both of them cost 299+gst per serving. Now comes the worst part, we get a bottle of mineral water with 20 rs as mrp printed on it. When the bill came it marked 30 rs for the water bottle and on top of that they charged 5% gst which means they are charging 31.5 rs for a bottle of water with 20 mrp. I immediately asked the waiter about this and he said it's not a mistake. He was not giving any proper reply for this and acts like it's a normal thing. After a minute of talk he passed this problem to another person who is there with a different uniform than others. I think he will be the floor manager or floor in charge. His reply shocked me, this is an ac restaurant, you had food on ac, we don't sell anything here in mrp, you can pay and go, its common here. His attitude towards a customer is one of the worst i have ever faced. That much rude, VERIDICT : AVOID IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. IF YOU ASK THEM ABOUT ANYTHING THEY WILL START TO TELL WE GAVE YOU FOOD WE GAVE YOU AC WE GAVE YOU COOL WATER THEN HOW CAN WE SELL IT FOR MRP.. NO COMPLAINTS ON FOOD, JUST THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER AND CHARGING EVEN MINERAL WATER LIKE THIS NEED TO BE CHANGED.

This place remains as a favourite for family, since it’s one of the old classics of Udupi. I prefer the veg section (Gokula Krishna) over this. Ambience & Service : The classic restaurant, with good lighting and friendly service, preferred for family and formal get-togethers. Food Suggestion: Starters: Their Tandoori is good, authentic taste. Ghee roast is decent .Chicken lollipop taste mostly like Kebab, nothing impressive. Try their Chicken Butter garlic. It’s really good Main course: they do have wide range of options on the menu. Their sea food Thali is decent, but if you are looking for authentic mangalorean taste then this is not the right place. Their pot biriyani is really good, so are the fried rice varieties. Mocktails: this place serves alcohol, but never tried any cocktails here. Their mocktail Cinderella is good. Virgin Mojito tastes different every time I order. Food is medium spicy , and average taste . The place is available on Zomato as well

I have been having food here for years and always loved their paneer tikka/paneer chilli dosa. Visited here once again after 2 years with my husband and Ordered masala puri for myself for the first time after having dosa. After finishing nearly half the plate of masala puri, I could see this dead fly.Felt like vomitting and was feeling very disappointed. Masala puri itself was bad in taste.I conveyed the same to their staff. Even if they apologised and cut the item price from the bill after me asking them, I really did not expect this type of hygiene from one of my go to popular restaurants.would be better if they atleast do some pest control from time to time in their restaurants to ensure food hygiene and safety. Very poor experience.

Outside is beautiful. Seating is good. But the table we were sitting on wasn't good. The table cover had burnt marks of cigrate. Atmosphere is good for family. Food wasn't that great We ordered the mixed platter thinking there would be a lot of items. But there was just 3 items on it and rest was repeated only They also have kubus with it don't know for what . It wasn't at all worth 850 bucks for it. Mocktails and cocktails was good Loved the chicken biryani. It was amazing and super tasty with good masala. It had good pieces also. Overall wasn't a bad experience .. Good for family . You can also order drinks here.

Visited on 9th Nov 23 , ordered Manchow soup - Soup had spice but was good filled with mushrooms and egg drop , the condiments (soya sause vinegar etc) was taken away from the table without asking prior to completion of the soup .service lacked asking prior to taking . Ordered drums of heaven as parcel will comment later as taken parcel . Spoon provided we’re old and spoilt , requesting to replace spoilt plates and spoons , toilet if broken kindly keep separate people who visit don’t fell like going inside , handwashing dispenser to be cleaned as it’s so dirty people will never wash hand seeing it .
