TBA — Hotel in Karnataka

The experience was horrible. Specially for girls it is NOT SAFE. The owner of the hotel both husband and wife are GOONS. Felt unsafe as a female traveller. First of all while check-in they didn't informed us that it is a 24-hour checkout hotel. As a traveller I have often done early check-in in many properties. We checked in around 5-5:30am and next day atleast 9am sharp we asked them what's the checkout time as we had bus around 12pm. Suddenly they said that we have to pay the whole day amount as it's a 24hour hotel and we have stayed 4hours extra. They we tried to negotiate that they can charge 300extra for the extra 4hours but they started shouting and threatening. I also had made up my mind to report them in police. As a tourist I was very disheartened seeing such low standards people but then the beauty of the place compensated for that...

Never ever go to this Hotel. Bus stand Hotel run by Government is better than this Hotel. Towel, bed and bathroom smell like public toilet and even staff also behaving like government staff. Small parking area is there, but it is always reserved for owner car parking. customer car has to park their car outside. if any car is parked in that area, so called claimed(leased) owner will come and man handling the customer. Even staff also afraid of the owner for his behavior(drunker) and because of this attitude staff is also very less. Not safe for family for stay even for male people also. it not worth even for Rs.200/- also. So called claimed owner never know how to treat customer. If he came to know that customer is out of south canara, he is treating them with least respect.. Finally never...

Very poor quality of rooms & their cleanliness. The quality of bed in the rooms was very poor and found it very difficult to sleep on the bed which was very very thin for a bed. The ply of the cot had peeled off & below the bed the cot was pretty dirty. There was a stale smell in the room & in the bathroom as if the place had not been used for ages. Wiring for lights in the bathroom was exposed. Hot water not available most times except for few times in the morning. Air conditioning was satisfactory, though off course there are numerous power cuts which are managed with generator. No complimentary breakfast.
