If I could give zero star i would, such was the experience i faced in this pathetic place. I ordered a drink and it was really sour to the taste. I understand that it was meant to be sour but they didn’t prepare it properly which made it even more sour. I took a few sips and then I understood I couldn’t continue. I raised the issues with the people there. I have never faced such a reaction from restaurant officials as they did in this particular CCD. They were telling me this drink is meant to be sour and they can’t do anything for it while i expected a quick fix on the drink / even replacing it like most restaurants do. Pathetic service.

The staff were extremely rude to us and asked us to stop working. Had they told us the first few minutes after entering the store to leave when they saw us organizing and beginning to work, we would have left gladly. When i confronted the girl at the cash, she kept on stating how we cannot use craft supplies at a 'branded store' like theirs. Although they observed us throughout the time we worked, they didn't bother to ask us to leave even when I went up to them to order food. This so-called 'branded store' needs staff who would communicate politely.Those who had been spending time more than 3+ hours were allowed to be seated but students like us were kicked out.
