Very disappointing experience at Haji Ali Juice Centre near South Railway Station. We visited recently and chose to sit in the AC section, but the air conditioning was barely working. It was hot and uncomfortable, so my sister politely requested the staff to turn on the fan or adjust the cooling. The waiter responded rudely, saying he couldn’t do anything about it. His tone and behavior were extremely unprofessional — almost intimidating. Even worse, the owner himself behaved arrogantly and refused to help, saying they wouldn’t switch on a second AC or increase cooling. It felt like both the waiter and the owner were behaving more like local rowdies than hospitality staff. We decided to walk out without taking the juices we ordered due to the poor environment and treatment. Shockingly, the waiter shouted at us and demanded ₹400 for two pineapple juices that we didn’t even drink. We felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Definitely not the kind of service or behavior you’d expect from such an iconic place. Would not recommend this outlet — there are plenty of better, more respectful outlets nearby or food delivery...
