Very bad experience. This was the first time I was eating a proper meal here. The service was pathetic and the waiter was extremely rude. There isn't much for vegetarians here except snacks but that's not the issue it's the service. When we asked for some gravy for the green peas curry, we were told that green peas doesn't have 'gravy'. That was a first for me, having eaten in almost all places in Calicut. Then I asked for another bowl of the curry itself then we were told that we would be given it only if we finish what we had. This was the strangest thing. And when I insisted the waiter swore or mumbled something and went away. Later I was asked 'nee malayalee alle?' (aren't you mallu?) referring to the non malayalee friend who was eating with me.
