Not the best coffee house in trivandrum, Food and quality is lacking, Neatness is something they can improve, Food quality is average, Service is something that you can trust with eyes closed, Atmosphere is not the best, And rest rooms are not something I would suggest is worth the visit, Everything exists- use toilets at your own risk, Food quality is standard like they have in anywhere, This one ICH I wouldn't visit, Incase if you are an ardent ICH fan and you only eat @ICH I would suggest to eat from ICH @vanross Junction, its neat secretariat and it's the best one...

Designrd by famous architect Laurie Baker years back and once an attraction with seats designed in round shape on the way this outlet without any maintenance, now bears a bad and dirty look all around. Poor services by bearers. Yesterday evening I waited half an hour in the begining of the round seat for a coffee no one attended atlast I wentout. I take breakfast and lunch on 12 July 2025. Breakfast quality was good . Staff service acceptable, should have more hospitality for service staff and cashiers . When I go to take lunch as parcel , I look around the kitchen , very messy ,no proper staff and hygiene in kitchen. hand washing area also no soap , food stored on floor , zero food safety and hygiene .
