'Pandhal Cafè &Deli' is just a fancy cafe in the town incase if you want to spend your hard earned money and undoubtedly makes your spendings totally unworthy.

Because, We had to wait for more than an hour to get us served with their extremely over-priced foods. I guess they like to be busy with their 'premium/hifi' customers; as if we eat for free or what?! Other reviewers exactly said the same. Kudos for the consistency. The served drinking water had some black dust/flakes on it. Not sure if it was from the mug or the water itself and the glass bottle had some rusty stuff at the base. These things primarily busted our every expectations. (Please have a closer at the attached images of the mug and the bottle)

Coming to the food, my friend and I had ordered Beef Ragu Pasta, Buddha's Delight, Hazelnut Latte and Cold Brew Coffee. Buddha's Delight was kinda okay. Tofu was totally bland thus it doesn't had a chance to go well with the other veggies, so do the rice. Veggies along with the sause was good. Rice was perfect. Beef Ragu Pasta was good, but both were not worth for the price. Both Latte and Coffee were poor. Would have been kinder if the sugar packets were brought another hour later :/

Upon the query about the delay of the meals, the waiter said that they make everything fresh. Guess later arrived people had not so fresh food, because they were served earlier than us.

To be honest, the nicest thing was they could manage to get us a table when the tables were reserved. Thank you so much.

Anyway, thanks alot for spoiling our time and money and by all odds never gonna let you guys serve us ever...

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Pandhal Cafe, and I just can't get over how everything was so perfect. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a soothing, cozy environment that immediately made me feel relaxed and content. The decor is tastefully done—simple but elegant, with a charm that is both modern and comforting.

The service was top-notch. The employees were courteous, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect from the start to the finish of my visit. You can actually sense the care and effort they put into every single detail. They had good knowledge of the menu and assisted with wonderful suggestions as well.

Now about the food—wow. Each dish I tasted was full of flavor and gorgeously presented. You could see the ingredients were fresh and the chefs actually cared about what they were doing in the kitchen. The flavor was just something else—rich, balanced, and so satisfying. It's hard to find food that is this comforting yet so different at the same time.

Additionally the fact that the cafe is pet friendly makes it a wonderful experience for pet lovers too.

From the atmosphere to the dining experience, it was all perfectly executed. It's truly one of a kind, and I haven't been this content with a cafe visit in a long time. Whether you're looking for a simple meal, a meet up with friends, or a quiet evening by yourself, this spot is the right one.

My experience at the Pandhal Cafè & Deli in Kadavanthra was a very pleasant one. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambience is lovely and soothing, ideal for a relaxed cup of coffee or a catch up with friends.

The star of my visit however, was undoubtedly Ms. Anna, an epitome of outstanding customer service. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were catered to. She went out of her way to make sure I had a great time at the café.

The food and drinks offered were delicious and satisfying. The menu has a wide range of options to choose from, catering to various dietary preferences. I was particularly impressed by the delicatessen assortment. The freshness and quality of the ingredients definitely added an extra notch satisfaction to my visit.

On top of the top-notch food and service, the prices are also very reasonable. I felt I received excellent value for my money. This cafe and deli is definitely a gem in Kadavanthra.
