I can't explain how pleased I was with how my dress turned out. I had a vision for how I wanted my bridesmaid dress to be but I was so nervous to trust any boutique. My experience at thread n needle was so seamless. Anup took care of this dress and he stitched it perfectly!! Everything from the neck to the length to the slit was done so elegantly. I even asked him if he could stitch a bow as a hair accessory with the extra material and even though he wasn't confident at first (he had never done it before), he made it and it was so so pretty. He didn't even charge me. Because I was so particular, they had to alter it a few times and make a few changes but they were so patient with me and took my feedback so seriously. I had given three dresses for sleeve alterations on fri. They informed they ll have to send it to their shop in North as tailors are not available in the panampally nagar shop. I said no issues, they said they ll call and can be taken by Wednesday . It's been a week after that, no one called or msged. I called them today, they have no clue. First a laday takes and tell she has no idea and the guy is on leave. Then when I got irritated, she told she ll check and call back. After one hour of waiting and losing my patience, i called and a guy tells might deliver tomorrow. I told them I need the dresses right now. He said he ll check and call .... I am still waiting for that call. Highly disappointed with the pathetic service It was not this bad before, i have taken stuff from here. Too bad there is no zero star...

Their collection is awesome no doubt! The fabric quality, prints, the look, the feel and the price point, its perfect. But what impressed me the most was their fitting. As someone who has tried everything from the best labels to the local tailor and yet has struggled to find the perfect fit, my quest ended here. I absolutely love their tailoring.
