I have had the worst experience with this store! I wish I had read all the reviews here on google before going there. I had given a blouse for stitching and they failed to deliver it on time. With all the tall promises and high charges for stitching, by the man at the counter, I had to go three times to the store to finally pick it up. Obviously missed the occasion for which the blouse was being made for.

And when I casually checked it right outside the store, I realised they hadn’t even attached hooks on the blouse not to mention they stitched it all wrong, it was supposed to be sleeveless and they made it with sleeves instead. This was after confirming with them that the blouse has actually been made. Twice. That’s how irresponsible they are!

I couldn’t even shout at them for all this because that’s how exhausting this whole thing has been. And when I tried it on, the measurements and fitting is terrible. I have never written such a review in my life but I need people to not be fooled like I have been. A friend told me that it’s the vlogger mania that has made this store known to people. I also noticed how they are very shameless in asking for a 5 star google rating. Thankfully I had the sense to take a picture of their QR code and didn’t write my review until today after I got my blouse.

The displeasure and lack of courtesy is exhibited by the staff and owner at the entrance itself. They are highly unprofessional and lack even basic decency to talk with customers. The owner is highly rude and arrogant, frequently misbehaves with anyone and everyone who visits the shop. The entire staff has a peculiar habit of demeaning the customer and saying " Aapko pta hi kya hai". The way they talk gives a straight meaning as if they are saying :- "We are running this business and have all the right to humiliate, cheat and fool you, it's better that you agree with us ". He frequently keeps repeating the fact that he has been here for ages now and has a plethora of customers. I doubt how would someone even wish to visit this pathetic boutique after one visit, leave alone being a permanent customer. The knowledge of the staff and owner himself is very shallow and the only intention they have is to fool the customer, through some false claims and facts (obviously about which they are themselves clueless). The stitching and quality of fabric they provide is atrocious and the attitude of the staff is just to sell that poor quality material to the customer by either humiliating him as if it's a challenge to buy or to simply cheat him. I would recommend everyone not to go to this so called boutique, unless until you wish to spoil your mood, money, shopping experience and mental peace(most importantly). I don't even know where to start honestly. Last day I went to their shop for some wholesale purchase for my new shop and they were very insulting. The owner bragged to me that he has been running this business for 11 years and has 6000 customers and doesn't really care about small retail shops like mine. When we first arrived at the shop, they were talking and laughing and was reluctant to show the materials. And about the stitched products, the stitching was of very low quality and poor and so irregular! When I asked about it, he said that it's the fashion! The customer service was very poor, owner behaved arrogantly, even to one other customer who was there. Went for wholesale purchase and didn't even get one product because of the low quality and overpriced products. The prices are three or four times the regular prices for the wholesale Rate!! A small crop top without lining was Rs 800 for wholesale!! I was disappointed and actually felt bad for their customers. The clothes were on the floor and the sales people were walking all over it and some of the materials were even torn!! I took my time to write this big review in a detail way so no one has to face what I experienced in that shop. It's a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. So...
