She is the worst business woman you can ever come across.Never pays any heed to customer.She kept my material unstitched until my due date and wen I called her up she kept delaying saying she wasn't well .I patiently listened to all this and finally after 3 missed dates I called her up after the last date she told she wud get my dress stitched and again she repeated the same old story.This roused some disappointment in me and I had to ask her why she was being so irresponsible.But I still don't loose patience with her as I somehow wanted to get it stitched.However from that very moment her tone changed.She started telling at me as if it was all my fault and she abruptly hung up my call.I tried calling her back but never did she pick up and finally I had to send her a personal wats app text saying I regret for deciding on her boutique to get my salwar stitched and that her behaviour and attitude was really disappointing.

Her immediate reply was " take back your material".This was something truly unprofessnal and unbearable as I cudn afford to take it somewhere else in a short notice.So I asked her to get it stitched in 2 days and that I don't have time to take it elsewhere.When I then visited her store,the designer lady arrogantly returned the material as I had handed it over to her 3.5 weeks back and just moved out of the store without even apologising or speaking a word.I had my friend with me who yelled at her for her attitude but she seemed totally careless and ignorant of all this.

I was pregnant and had this experience during this time.I dint shout or yell at her as this wud put negative energy on my baby and I just tuk it back and returned home.I ended up having nothing to wear as planned for my function and so thought of sharing this ever bad experience with all the impending customers to this shop.

I have had dresses stitched with alot of designers in and around ernakulam and this was my first time worst experience.

I truly recommend this shop closed as they don't want customers to bring their clothes for stitching here.Initially,these people there smile and greet us and treat us well and at the end just irrresponsibily lets us down and never admits their mistake too..

Its a true testimony that I wud like to share with everyone who are planning to go to this shop seeing her works and a few gud reviews which I suppose she herself wud have shared.

WORST EXPERIENCE , LATE DELIVERY, OWNER RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

The owner lady is the biggest scam of all. Very unprofessional. She behaves as if we need her. Instead it is the other way round. We have all heard of don’t judge a book by its cover. This lady is just that. From the look of her face and her conversation when we first meet we will all think that she a sweet, down to earth lady. But no! She is one of the biggest rude, arrogant woman who doesn’t even have the courtesy to accept her mistakes. This lady is the worst business woman you can ever come across. Never pays any heed to customers. This is from my very own personal experience. I had given a blouse for stitching and the delivery date was due just a day prior to the function. On the delivery date, instead of calling me up before i reach the shop and apologising for the late delivery, she casually said its not ready, come later when I reached the shop. At first I was very calm and asked her for any alternatives to speed up the process. (Actually, this was a step she should have taken) And since it was my need to get the blouse stitched for the function the next day, I gave her several options to compromise on the situation to get the delivery done. But she just said come tomorrow (without even apologising for the situation. I couldn’t even hear a sorry from her big mouth) the blouse is not done and no compromise from her side was made. Then her husband ( a poor man) after hearing all our conversation actually “REQUESTED” her to give some alternative arrangement for the delivery. She asked me to come the next day on her comfortable time. But that time wasn’t comfortable for me as I had the function on a distant place the next day. After a few debatable conversations with her, I went back home without the blouse . I had to go to the function wearing another dress because I did not receive the dress on time. After 2 days I went up to this lady (because I have to get back my saree and blouse, I had paid huge for it) and she was very rude and face puffed up and dint even face me as if it was all my mistake. Such a shameless, remorseless and arrogant women! Never ever going to that place. If u want to get the delivery on time please find some other place or else all the blame will be on u. Also, there are so many better place with more affordable pricing and timely professional delivery...

So my experience with Olivia was initially very good (from long distance). Then when I came to visit I was completely shocked and disappointed with 2 specific things:

1. NOTHING WAS REMOTELY ON TIME. DUE TO HEAVY TRAFFIC IN KOCHI, I DECIDED TO WAIT IN HER STORE FOR 2 HOURS. (this was already after my clothes were 2 days delayed)

2. All 6 blouses were the EXACT same style. And none of my requests were met. I bought 40k(rupees) worth of stunning material from Milan, and now I may or may not wear these outfits ever. The fitting was loose, and there was no attention to detail what so ever.

if you need stitching done find an alternative, for me Paris did a GREAT job (although they are pricey...value and cost are aligned).

IN SUMMARY: Cost did not meet value. Expectations were set and not met. I hope this review is a catalyst for change in this store, if not this business is in trouble. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND TO POUR SALT TO THE WOULD MY TIME WAS...
