I am really sorry to be posting this here because I am one of those persons who used to talk a lot about this restaurant to everyone known to me, about a place where u get to eat a good sadya. I have given publicity for this place amongst all my relatives and friends. And this feedback had been given to the manager when we had visited there but didnt find any change as of yet. Hence decided to post it here. Since I loved the taste of the sadya when we had from there, we ordered sadya for around 50 people for a family function. But the quantity given was just pathetic pathetic and pathetic! I havent seen a restaurant that shows so much hesitation in giving side dishes! During the family function, we had to actually cook two dishes at the last moment so we could actually serve people when they asked for a second serving. This time again, I ordered a sadya for one person. It is just outrageous to see the quantity of food they have provided. Payasam is not even one whole glass! I mean not even one glass of payasam! I dont know what they think! I am attaching the photos here so that people can understand. I dont question the taste of the food. But seriously, the quantity is almost as though they are providing some free food for tasting in a spoon! Please see the quantity of pulissery they have provided from the photo attached! Honest review first visit:: Giving 2 Star review just because of the honest things happen for the day. Maybe the day is not good for us, since I see many positive reviews, infact our visit was from good feedback from friends.

We as a group 7 members visited for lunch today -15th august. Ordered 2 sadya, tandoori items. Sad to say the way the sadya served is very pathetic. Delay in refilling rice, while asked for side -dishes 2nd time it was told "sorry sir there's no second time request"( how/why). They need to look at other hotels in tvm .. maybe the other state person served could not understand what I asked. No payasam, boli provided.. given after long waiting, and requested many times. The rasam, moru kept on table is not refilled.

Ambience maybe looks good but the AC is not sufficient and one of the AC was not working. 200rs per sadya is costly in this kind of service. Juices served at end was not tasty to the mark. The salted lime juice was just like the normal water. Finally, wash area is too congested and no flow in the kids wash basin tap. It may be a bad day for us but genuine review. I went to restaurant a while back and forgot to post this. We went there for dinner and quantity of food was literally for a cat! My father asked the waiter why is the quantity so small in THE MOST POLITE WAY! MY DAD HAD NOT EATEN FROM MORNING AS HE WAS TRAVELLING. this waiter did not give a proper response. Then he stopped coming to over table and completely ignored us. We only ordered starter and soup. Then he just gave the bill without us asking for it. And my dad left immediately when mom and i talked to the manager this waiter lied and said my dad was rude. He was not being rude at all. And then this waiters face was literally angry as if hes biting his tongue. When we explained the situation he said sorry without even looking at our face.
