Read moreI made the mistake of ordering from Zaroob Resto Cafe without checking their ratings, and I deeply regret it. This was hands down the worst decision I’ve ever made. I ordered beef dry fry and chicken 65 through Ziggy, and what I received was a total disaster.
First, the beef dry fry I ordered was replaced with something they called beef roast — it even said “dry fry” on the receipt! As for the chicken 65, I asked for a dry version, but I got a soggy, greasy masala fry instead. It’s like they don’t even care about what the customer actually ordered.
The food was not only wrong but tasted absolutely horrible. If this is how they handle delivery orders, I can’t imagine the disaster their dine-in service must be. Trust is everything, and they completely shattered it.
To make matters worse, the delivery took an hour when they promised 35-40 minutes. And after eating this mess, my stomach hasn’t been feeling great, which speaks volumes about the food quality.
Zaroob Resto Cafe has no place in this industry if this is the kind of service and food they offer. Terrible flavors, zero care for customer satisfaction, and absolutely no sense of accountability. I wish I could give zero stars because they don’t even deserve one. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place...
Read moreI recently dined at Zaroob Resto Cafe, and my experience was a mix of impressions. The restaurant boasts an inviting ambiance, characterized by a pleasing interior that sets a comfortable tone for diners. During my visit, I opted for the Cheese Alfahm Mandhi, hoping for a delightful culinary adventure.
I must say, the dish fell a bit short of my expectations. The Cheese Alfahm Mandhi was decent, but it didn't quite justify its price tag. However, it's important to note that this was my first visit, and as a regular person without expertise in food vlogging, my opinion reflects a singular experience.
What sets my perspective apart is my willingness to give Zaroob Resto Cafe another chance. I believe in the power of second impressions, and I'm open to revisiting this restaurant in the future. As an ordinary individual, my review is grounded in personal taste, and I recognize that others might have different encounters at this establishment.
Zaroob Resto Cafe offers a pleasant ambiance, and while my initial culinary experience was average, I remain open-minded about its potential. I encourage fellow diners to consider my review as just one perspective among many, and I look forward to updating my impressions after...
