Five star thattukada (AFR) — Restaurant in Kerala

Quantity of food is too less. Ordered 18 half biriyani parcel and got it in a small container which is not enough to feed a kid, while all of the other half biriyani served in Ernakulam in such category restaurant has enough to serve a person. I am confused if they know the actual quantity of half biriyani and they gave it to me if still not included in the menu. Would not recommend it to anyone. Biriyani tastes...

I had a very bad experience today. I visited this hotel tonight with my friend, but the staff were only attending to and serving the ladies’ tables. We waited for around 20 minutes, but no staff member came to take our order. In particular, one staff member (a fair-skinned man with a beard) showed very poor behavior.

I kindly request the management to ensure that such staff are not allowed to handle customers...

Had a Biriyani last night. Not worth for 140 rs. Rice doesn't hold any kind of masala or smell. Quantity is good but lacks in quality. Service is very poor.
