My recent experience at Domino's Pizza in Kodaikanal was an absolute delight! Contrary to the belief that Delhi joints tend to excel, this outlet exceeded all expectations. My experience with Domino's Pizza in Kodaikanal has been very disappointing, especially with their delivery service. Even though my house is just about 10 minutes away by bike, the delivery usually takes more than an hour. This happens regularly, even during the off-season when there are fewer tourists and less traffic.

What’s worse is the quality of the pizza during delivery — it often arrives cold, rough in texture, and feels like it’s been sitting around for a while. It’s nothing like what you get when you dine in. It almost feels like they’re sending out old or leftover pizzas to delivery customers, which is completely unacceptable.

It’s surprising because other Domino’s outlets, even in busy cities, manage to stick to their 30-minute delivery promise. But here, in a much quieter town and with shorter distances, the delay and poor quality are really frustrating. Definitely not the standard you’d expect from a brand...

One star itself is too much. The polite way for the staff to deal with not having stock is to straightaway mention they do not have any pizza for the day. We wanted to place a large order of 8 'large' pizzas. First they said large isn't available only regular. Then we said we'll take 16 regular, 8 veg + 8 nonveg. Then they proceed with saying they don't have any non veg, only non veg is Paratha pizza. So we said okay we'll take 16 veg. Then after some group discussion they decided that they don't have any veg pizza or any pizza🤣. They can give us only 5 Paratha pizzas. Icing on the cake, wait for it...They say we entered the store when it said it was closed outside, this was around 5pm. But guess what, the lights outside were flashing OPEN.

Sounds like a joke? But no.
