I wanted to have lunch here So today 28th June 2023 i visited to celebrate my Birthday. I went alone but the staffs over there friendly and helpful..and for 1 person only they pay Equal attention. I went there around 1.30 pm and thankfully no waiting. I was greeted by the receptionist and headed to 1st Floor. There is a cute Capsule lift which i used post lunch...innitially i used to staircase..in each landing there are pictures of other outlet.
The Lady came to me for order with a smiley face and instantly i was relaxed.. As I dont eat spicy food...so she guided me and I took Chicken Masala and 2 pc Butter tandoor roti..
I must mention that they can push me for higher price side dishes but they did not do that and guided me well.. Served to me within 15mins...in between i enjoyed the cozy window side table..
Butter Tandoori oti was tooo good...sweet and dripping with butter .
Chicken masala was good with 3 large pc of chicken..
I had only one pc and rest two i did the parcel...They did not charge for the parcel..
Cash/card/UPI all kind of payment available... Cleaning staffs are there, once I finished the food and went to wash basin area, they just swipped the place with dry mop...so that the floor is clean.
From ambience to food i loved it .
Here I added the Take away Menu not the Dine-in Menu... Dine In will be 20-40 rs more than the take away menu. GST Extra
Apart from this My birthday lunch experience was too good. Thanks to Arsalan Staffs for wonderful experience on my birthday. Love to visit soon.

Chicken Boti Kebab – Tender and flavorful, but my friend thought it could use a bit more masala to make it really pop. Still enjoyable though! Chicken Lahori – Full of masalas and bold flavors! This one is definitely for spice lovers. It was hearty and delicious, though a little heavy if you’re not into rich curries. Tandoori Roti – Perfectly soft and fluffy! These were so good, and had that lovely tandoor-charred flavor that makes it the perfect accompaniment for any curry. Chicken Biryani – And now, the star of the meal! This was hands down the best Kolkata biryani you could ask for. The rice was fluffy, fragrant, and cooked to perfection. That subtle aroma of saffron and ghee hit as soon as the dish arrived, making your mouth water. The chicken? Juicy, tender, and falling off the bone, cooked just right so that every bite was packed with flavor. What sets Kolkata biryani apart is that delicate balance of spices — it’s never too overpowering, just that perfect mix of mild warmth and richness. Plus, Arsalan’s version comes with that classic biryani potato, which was soft and soaked in all the flavors. I could honestly eat this biryani every day and not get tired of it. It’s comfort food at its finest, and if you’re a biryani lover, trust me, you’ll be in heaven! Phirni – Ending things on a high note with the phirni! Creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet — it’s one of the best phirnis I’ve had in a while. The perfect dessert to wrap up the meal.
Overall, we had a lovely time, though a few tweaks in the kebab and Lahori could’ve made it even better. But that biryani and phirni? Absolutely worth coming back for! Arsalan knows how to nail the...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this Arsalan outlet (Prince Anwar Shah/Jadavpur Outlet) since the day they opened, whether ordering through Zomato and Swiggy or picking up parcels to enjoy at home. Their Chicken/Mutton Biryani, Butter/Garlic Naan, and various side dishes have never disappointed—always delicious and consistent in quality.
Recently, I had the pleasure of dining in with my sister on Rakshabandhan. Since we both adore their Mutton Biryani, we were thrilled for a special meal together. Arriving at 9:30 PM, the restaurant was buzzing—no surprise, given it was a Saturday and a festive occasion. After a 25-minute wait (completely understandable given the crowd), we were initially told the Mutton Biryani was sold out. Just as we resigned ourselves to Chicken Biryani, a staff member on the first floor assured us, “Dada, Mutton Biryani hoye jabe”—and true to his word, they made it happen!
The Biryani was outstanding—fragrant, steaming hot rice, perfectly soft potatoes, and succulent, flavourful mutton. We also enjoyed the Fish Reshmi Tikka, fresh salad, and masala cold drinks, all of which were excellent. The service truly stood out—attentive, efficient, and courteous, with staff promptly clearing plates and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
While I understand others may have had mixed experiences, mine was absolutely fantastic. This outlet has my full trust, and I’ll definitely return with family and friends whenever possible.
Tip: If your favourite dish is sold out, just ask—they might just make it happen!
