I hosted my daughter's birthday party and booked the place 3 weeks advance. All amenities where promised like standees outside with the board mentioning the details 3000 rupees was charged extra for the balloon decoration. The timing was from 12 p.m. Sunday afternoon till 3 p.m. visit around 1135 and nothing was arranged from their side. Santa decoration was pending and the food was also not ready. When we objected, they started their decoration and the guest started arriving when they were still cleaning the place and brooming the play still with decoration on. It was a disgrace. Moreover when they started serving , the service was so bad that half of the guests were getting food and half of the guests were ignored so we as a family member had to start serving our guests that everybody get the food on time. Except for one lady all other staff members were very ignorant and lazy and after every 3 minutes they needed advice from our end. This place is not at all suitable for hosting any private parties as they not competent enough to host the private parties. Also the staff is also not upto the mark would understand simple basic instructions. I would suggest it is highly not recommended to host any private parties there because they are charging as good as any three star hotel but the service is not even one star grade They are very casual about everything and kept on saying it will be done but nothing was done on time and it was a disgrace on our part in front...

WAS ALMOST PERFECT. Visited on 31/07/2021 Ambience was great. Cafe was spacious with lots of tables. Service was very fast and prompt. Unlike other cafes this cafe's service was excellent and with minimal delay even during peak hours. Staff was courteous and polite. Food: It was smackin good. We ordered Chicken Lovers Pizza and Crispy Chilli Baby Corn as main dishes. Both were fantastic. Loved them. So why the 3 stars you may ask!. Well firstly, compared to other cafes in the area, it's a bit expensive, but i guess the food & fast service may justify the cost to some extent. But more than that the most let down was the dessert. Ordered a lavender pastry and it had gone stale. Although they acknowledged it, amd were prompt to replace it with a black forest pastry, but even that was a bit off. So can't comment on other desserts but their pastries are a big no no (and they were comparatively costly as well). So that's it. It has a very good environment.
