Good Food Good Mood isn't just a phrase anymore! At Amour Factory Bar you get to experience it with their delicious food, hookahs, mocktails, live music and their top notch service! Now, if I talk about the ambience, I firmly believe that it's not the food that makes a pub popular but the ambience. And the ambience at Amour took me by surprise. I have never seen anything like this. They have tried mixing the raw feels with a touch of modernity which has blended perfectly.This place definitely gives you the "Gen Z" vibe!

About the food:- Here's what I have tried at Amour :

🍸Drinks: LIIT (@ Rs.79/- 😍): Perfect to pair with all kinds of finger snacks.

🍢 Starters:

Dahi Ke Kabab: Crispy, soft and tasty kababs made with dahi or curd which oozes out when you press them gently.

Fish Finger: Deep fried pieces of fish coated with spice, corn flour, and bread crumbs making it crispy and delicious at the same time.

Angare Murg: Chicken tikka marinated in Indian herbs for hours and char grilled to perfection served with mint chutney comes in 6 pieces.

Grilled Chicken Satay: Chicken marinated in Indian spice blend skewered , grilled and tossed in special sauce. Served with tossed veggies and french fries.

🍜 Main Course:

Chilly Garlic Noodle: Noodles with carrot, cabbage, mustard plant & bell peppers tossed in chilli paste, tomato ketchup flavoured with chopped garlic.

Chicken in Human Sauce: Marinated chicken cooked with bell peppers, flavoured with wine (non-alcoholic) and butter.

⭐Highly recommended: Chicken satay, Chicken in hunan sauce.

The focus of any weekend outing is not only food but the perfect ambience to couple that with. And Amour Factory Bar is definitely gonna catch your eye. Speaking of Aesthetics and Ambience, the whole place felt like maintaining two moods - a loud, cheerful, high tone vibe and the other is a sober, mundane, monotone vibe - all together. The picture 1 and 2 is just separated across a patch of balcony and was creating a striking difference, perfectly ready to accompany any of the mood. The architect and interior of this cafe is designed so well that it creates a gradient effect so profound that you can't miss it. Deserves a full score on it. The dance space and screening system adds another feather in the crown.

Coming to Food and other amenities, the dishes that we ordered - Fish finger (4/5), Korean style chicken wings(4/5), Chicken dragon Roll (4.5/5), Chicken meatball Pizza (4/5), Chicken hakka noodles(4/5), Chilli fish (3.5/5)- were good overall. Not the mind boggling taste which makes you return to the place but it passes the vibe check.

Although the washroom may need a little makeover, since compared to the sitting space, the bathroom seemed smaller and little bit claustrophobic (considering a bar, it definitely should have more space). Also restaurant was out of dessert on a Sunday noon so needs attention there also.

Staff services and Managements are upto the mark but lack of complimentary dishes and overpriced water...
