Chili's is a all time favourite place for ones who loves American, Italian & Mexican cuisine. There are many options came up in last few years which are also serving same cuisine but they are still laging behind chili's due to just quality of standard. Chili's is still maintaining it's brand value.
Chili's ambience is same in all the outlets only the acropolis mall's is different. It's basically an indo american style pub with light darked ambience. It has a lovely bar counter with high chairs. It has also a waiting area for 5-9 people inside it. The seating capacity is huge with quite number of attendent.
It is located in the quest mall, Ballygunge, 4th floor beside the food court.

Southwestern Chicken Pizza - It's a classic based crust pizza which contain 8 slices. The pizza was topped with onion, green& red pepper, smoked grilled chicken, chopped tomato with mozeralla cheese. The pizza was little blunt in taste didn't like it much. Not recommended.

A moderate experience while visiting the place. Price is definately on the higher side but I am disappointed with one thing that is quantity. Atleast what you are charging for a dish make it worth because in foreign countries this matters so as a international brand the management should keep on mind. Service is awesome but they were in little hurry to vacant the place because before asking for cheque they just gave us the bill. What kind of attitude is this? Ther is an attitude problem in most of the staffs which is not expected in a...
Read moreI recently visited Chili's with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant meal with my friends and family, but alas, it turned into an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience that left us with a bitter taste in our mouths. The combination of poor service and an indifferent manager made this visit one to remember—for all the wrong reasons.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was evident that something was amiss. The hostess seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged our presence. We had to wait for what felt like an eternity just to be seated, despite there being several empty tables. The initial impression already set a negative tone for the rest of the evening.
Once seated, the ordeal continued as we were left waiting for what seemed like an eternity before a server approached our table. It was as though they had forgotten about us entirely. When the server finally did arrive, they displayed zero enthusiasm and were anything but attentive. We had to ask for menus, water, and even basic condiments multiple times before they bothered to comply.
When we finally managed to place our orders, we hoped that the worst was behind us. Sadly, we were wrong. Our food took an exorbitant amount of time to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and clearly prepared haphazardly. It seemed as though the kitchen staff had little regard for presentation or quality. It was a far cry from what we had come to expect from a supposedly reputable chain like Chili's.
As if the dismal service and underwhelming food weren't enough, we decided to bring our concerns to the attention of the manager. What we encountered was a manager who lacked any semblance of professionalism or concern for customer satisfaction. Instead of actively listening to our grievances, they brushed us off with insincere apologies and empty promises to "look into it." It was evident that they had no intention of taking our complaints seriously or making any effort to rectify the situation.
The most appalling part was the indifference displayed by the manager when we brought up the issues with the service and food quality. Rather than attempting to salvage the situation or make amends, they simply shrugged it off as if it were a common occurrence. It was a slap in the face to the loyal customers who had chosen to dine at Chili's on that unfortunate day.
In conclusion, my experience at Chili's was nothing short of a disaster. The poor service and lack of accountability from the manager left us feeling undervalued and unappreciated as patrons. I can confidently say that I will never be returning to Chili's, and I would strongly advise anyone else to steer clear of this restaurant until they seriously address their glaring service and...
Read moreNormally, my family and I enjoy Chillis, especially, Acropolis and South City mall locations. Two days ago, we went to Chillis at Quest mall, which we’ve also frequented many times.
Out experience was quite the opposite of prior outings at the popular Tex-Mex chain.
First, the A/C was not sufficiently circulating, so the restaurant was hot.
We found a hair in the appetizer, of avocado rolls (phyllo pastry with avocado filling). I had to get up and complain to the manager as our server was nowhere to be found. When it was replaced, some pieces were not properly fried (raw parts in the pastry) and with oil dripping from it. I had severe acidity afterwards. To add insult to injury, the item was tasteless!
As we always do, we ordered classic veg nachos. This dish arrived burnt. I was too exhausted to complain about it. We broke off the burnt bits and consumed the rest.
The service was terrible. Our server, someone named Kunal, didn’t give us cutlery with our plates. Again, I had to get up and ask for something that comes standard in any restaurant.
Kunal paid scant attention to our table and was more interested it palling around with the people who’d ordered alcoholic drinks. I thought Chillis was a family restaurant! From that server’s perspective, it is merely a bar and he tried to push alcoholic drinks on me when we arrived, perhaps hearing my North American accent. Newsflash: people in the west are now drinking less while people in Kolkata seem to be consuming copious amounts of alcohol.
When I complained about the service, rather than getting more attention from Kunal or having him apologize for it, they simply replaced the server with a young lady who was more attentive after I got up to complain twice to the manager.
The mains, chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, a chicken crisper platter, were decent enough but by that point we were quite soured on our overall experience.
If you want to go to Chillis, I recommend avoiding the Quest mall outlet. They have not maintained the chain’s standard. Thoroughly disappointed by the experience and the food made me...
