A Great Location, but Does It Brew Perfection?
Nestled in a prime location, Craft Coffee is the kind of café you stumble upon while wandering the city streets, lured in by the promise of good coffee and a cozy retreat. And while it delivers on some fronts, it leaves a little more to be desired on others.
Coffee & Menu
The coffee? Decent. Not extraordinary, not disappointing—just comfortably in the middle. They have a fair selection of brews, catering to both casual coffee drinkers and enthusiasts who like their cup with a bit of personality. Their choice of snacks and café bites is satisfactory, but nothing particularly stands out. It’s the kind of menu that works when you need a quick bite to go with your coffee, but not something you’d return for.
Ambience & Experience
The ambiance is okay—not bad, but not particularly inviting either. It lacks the warmth and charm that makes a café a go-to spot for long conversations or quiet reading sessions. The space is functional, but it doesn’t quite create the immersive café experience that lingers in memory.
Location & Overall Verdict
What truly works in Craft Coffee’s favor is its location. It’s well-placed, making it a convenient stop for a caffeine fix while you’re out and about. If you’re looking for a quick break, it serves the purpose. We tried Mushroom,s, Tiramitsu, Fish fingers, Chocolate cake and coffee. But if you’re after an experience that blends a great cup of coffee with an inviting atmosphere, you might not find yourself coming back too often.

The food was good, they have wide variety of items to choose from. •Food: 🍲 Chicken Stroganoff wasn't what I expected, it was a bit different, lacked flavours but overall okayish, it's better for one person can be shared with two. Chicken steak: comparatively good, better flavours, I will recommend it. Better dish to fill your stomach with. Barbeque chicken: it was okaish as well, nothing extra ordinary, small pieces, good sauce but could be better. The drinks: we ordered 4 different drinks including mojito, peach & watermelon drinks and everything was good Desserts: both were amazing, no complaints there, the lunch ended well with the perfect desserts
The negative thing ❌: one of the thing we didn't like was we informed the waiter that we are ordering it together but please bring the main dishes together and warm, we will start with our appetizers first, but they brought the stroganoff chicken along with our appetizer and it went cold pretty soon. We didn't had any particular waiter assigned so we had to randomly anyone who would listen.
BUT‼️it was during puja time, though when we visited the resturant had plenty of empty spaces, so I believe their service will be better...
Read moreI visited the Craft Coffee outlet on 26th July 2025 with genuine excitement to try their food & beverage offerings. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be far from what I expected from a reputed cafe.
I placed my order and waited patiently. However, not only was the AeroPress coffee never served (Waited for almost 40 mins), the staff seemed more focused on attending to other guests who arrived much later than I did. What made the situation worse was the noticeable disparity in service – groups of people better service, while I was practically ignored despite clearly mentioning I was waiting for a companion.
The lack of attention, unwillingness to engage, and clear profiling of customers left a bad taste, one that no coffee can mask. As someone who believes hospitality and respect should be extended to every guest equally, this behavior was truly disappointing.
Craft Coffee may have a good product, but service is just as important as the beverage you serve. I hope they take this feedback seriously and introspect on how they treat solo visitors or those who don’t fit into a perceived “preferred customer” profile.
Sadly, I left without ever getting my coffee. And more importantly, I left...
