My recommendation - NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE.

We visited this place on 11th August 2021. This restaurant has 2 floors - ground floor and 3rd floor. Group floor they have normal cafe and on 3rd floor they have Steak House.

I am sharing my horrible experience.

They did not took order for first 20mins, few of other guests from different tables were left as the waiter did not accepted their orders. Waiters asked to wait for 15mins to place the first order.

No water were served, even after asked several times they gave only 3 glasses of water.

While giving the cutlery, knife and fork for one person slipped on the ground by them and they did not gave new set even after ask.

Orders were delivered after long wait. It was same compliant from all other tables.

Full order were not served so after finishing one round of the food and long wait we had to cancel rest of the orders.

The food what they served were not full. We ordered two chicken platter but in one they gave mandatory gravy sauce but not in the other plate. Even when we notified initially they denied saying that should be the food content but when we showed the comparison of the same platter after they accepted and even after promise they did not served that and we finished the food by sharing same platter gravy sauce.

Comparing the prices of food with quantity and taste, each and every food are over priced and over rated. Quantity was so little that even it can't feed a single person.

What ever we reported to the waiter and floor manager , they just simply ignored those.

Inspite of those several faults they charged full amount for the food and no bad feeling for that.

Saying all these, it was our one of the most terrible dinning experience in any restaurant.

An owl themed cafe. The walls are adorned by pictures of owls & miniature owls are used as decoration. There is an outdoor as well as an indoor sitting area. Located at Purna Das road. It's a chilled out cafe where you can while away an evening with friends. The service is slow. It's not overly crowded most of the time. The food ranges from good to okay. Nothing to blow up your tastebuds. What we had:

Angels on Horseback: Although it shares the same name as the legendary dish in Mocambo, the dish is very different. 5 pieces of beer battered prawns wrapped in bacon, served with Mayo. It's quite good to taste. The flavors are spot on & you can't do much wrong with bacon

Chicken fingers wrapped in bacon : For your love for bacon we ordered this as well. 5 crispy coated chicken wrapped in bacon. Very very good in taste. Better than the previous one 😜

Pizza corn allapollo: corn, chicken strips and mozzarella cheese. Yum. Lip-smacking and & filling. The chicken strips weresoft and succulent while the pizza base was not really thick or chewy. The perfect thickness. (Recommended)

Meat lovers pizza: Lots of ham, chicken and diced sausages. But a bit too generous with olive oil sadly. Slightly lacked flavouring

Baked fish : a fillet of basa(maybe) cooked in white or cheese sauce. Although the fillet was soft and well cooked the sauce was completely bland. No flavor whatsoever

Chicken Alexander: another disappointment. Chicken breast cooked in white sauce served with rice and veggies. Only the rice had flavor the sauce as usual was tasteless.

Brownie shake: a milkshake topped with crumbs of brownie. Lot like bournvita
