Sweet Truth Jodhpur park — Restaurant in Kolkata

I ordered via swiggy - pre paid order- after 30 mins of waiting the delivery person said they are not giving him the order and asked me to talk to the shop manager/helper. The guy was really rude from the start of the call. I asked him that why did swiggy show the restaurant as open and why did he not update the status there ?! To that the rude guy replied “its nit my headache- you ask swiggy for your refund-i cant do anything” Just a request to the owner of this franchise- keep staff who can at least be polite and not these people who don’t have basic decency!! Otherwise it will not take much time for this franchise to get closed! Literally ruining the goodwill of this brand!!

Update on 23rd Aug- Ordered cheesecake form Oven Story but got from “sweet truth”- my bad luch. Then upon eating the same found two pieced of hard plastic in the crust- i chocked and vomited the first one and attaching a picture of the second one in this review! To my utter dismay, Swiggy is offering 70₹ as return and is telling me refund cannot be done!!! AS IF I PAID TO GET SOME DELICIOUS PLASTIC IN MY CHEESECAKE?

I placed an order today via ZOMATO for 1 mango cheesecake and 1 blueberry cheesecake. The ETA was 20 minutes. After waiting for an eternity 1hr I learnt for the delivery Executive that the restaurant was out of mango cheesecake. However, through SWIGGY it was available. After trying to contact with the restaurant which I failed and even ZOMATO, I finally cancelled the order. Sweet Truth, you are a liar. Just because I received a good discount through ZOMATO, you refused to serve the dish....

They have very bad quality food. Had to literally throw away a whole 500gms pineapple cake. It was bitter and was filled with artificial pineapple flavor. Never tasted any cake this bad. Even basic cakes from monginis and mio amore taste better. For this horrible cake they charged me some 400 bucks. What a scam and...
