Read moreOverall experience was average compared to other locations of CC. 3.5 stars from 5. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Food: average to good. 3 star. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Kebab platter (Meat and fish platter) was a mixed bag.
Seekh kebab was soft but slightly dry and flaky and very slightly over salted (as per my taste, for others may be ok, I eat less salt)
The slightly creamy whitish chicken kebab (I think it was Reshmi kebab) was below average, it was not even Reshmi kebab, it tasted more like sweet Malai kabab and seemed like sitting there for sometime, was cold and rubbery and hard.
Fish and 1 more chicken (i think the chop) was excellent, soft and succulent and especially the fish had a hint of mustard which was really too good.
Roomali Roti: was thick like a regular roti. Not really Roomali roti, maybe I ordered in pure wheat, may be maida version will be better but this one was very very thick. Not all to the standard of CC.
Jeera rice & Tadke wali daal: great taste, authentic esp the daal and quantity is more than enough for 3-4 people.
Ambience: 4 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ quiet, nice decor but slightly congested, understandable as this is in a mall and realty is premium, slightly claustrophobic.
Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ excellent, all the guys and the lady at the front desk were good. We had a reservation for 2 and turned up around 2:15 - but there was a small delay of 15 min or higher h was managed very well by the girl at the maître d’s desk. We went for a stroll and they called us in 15-20 min . They service was fast, proactive and attentive. Special call out to Nitin and his polite friendly service.
Billing: it’s premium dining and total for 3 people including 1 beer, 1 lime soda and 1 puddle punch mocktail - 3700. This is the only restaurant so far which mentions that the service charge is discretionary- so very polite and as per law. But with the kind of excellent service we feel the staff very much deserves...

We tried:
Kadak Roomali: their signature hand crafted thin roasted bread. We even could see it’s making through the show Kitchen Bhatti Murg Tikka: grilled chicken with Bhatti masala was juicy and with a fall out of char melted it’s way through our hearts Rawalpindi Gosht: mutton braised in spices from and a recipe from Rawalpindi was the highlight for us. The mutton was tender, juicy and with right flavours. We paired the same with Chura Paratha & Punjabi Onion & Mirch Roti. Peshawari Kulfi Faloode: the perfect balance of kulfi, falooda & Rabri made our hearts smile and a perfect way to end our meal.
