Since I visited with my family during the long weekend, lonavala was so crowded that travelling to the nicer food places that have opened up was not an option.

Mcdonalds seemed like a safe option after having tried several restaurants in the area. This outlet is located inside Lonavala square mall, which is an incredibly shadey place.

The parking area seems like a murder spot, and the mcdonalds outlet itself is so gloomy. It wasn’t well lit (hence the lack of pictures), and the seating arrangement was a bit odd.

While mcdonalds food should be standard, I can say with complete conviction that this one was below par and had a completely different taste (has mcdonalds franchise forgotten about this outlet?)

We had the following burgers:

McChicken Kebab American Supreme Veg American Supreme Chicken McAloo Tikki Mcspicy Paneer

All of these, along with fries (of course). The fries didn’t taste like Mcdonalds fries.

Except for the McChicken & Mcaloo Tikki, the other burgers had a different taste (not in a good way). The McSpicy Paneer, which is literally NEVER spicy, was so extra spicy that it was burning my insides. The spice used tasted like vada pav garlic chutney, and was so off place. The lemon cooler was over 60% ice!

McDonald’s Lonavala Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at McDonald’s Lonavla. I ordered home delivery, and firstly the delivery boy called me to confirm my location which i provided to him and within few minutes again I receive another call saying that (we are cancelling your order due to traffic and the refund will be processed within 3days) and he just ended up saying this to me and I was not given any opportunity to respond but again i contacted them but they were not answering my calls but after sometime they receive my phone call but I was met with rude and arrogant behavior from the staff. i told them if you don’t want to give my order please give my refund back and they were like that we can’t do anything now and after speaking to the manager, I arranged for someone to pick up my order. Unfortunately , the food was of poor quality and the items we received was stale and not freshly prepared, including an old burger. And this is not only the first time but many times i have been faced with disappointments because of their poor quality of food This experience has left me very dissatisfied with the level of service and quality provided by Mcdonald’s Lonavala .
