The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Mumbai

The Belgian Waffle is one of the oldest I must say in the town which has been serving some lipsmacking waffles. I am pretty sure that they have almost completed 6-7 years in this field in Mumbai. My first waffle that I had tasted was from Belgian Waffle, Juhu outlet. And the first flavor that I tasted was Chocolate. Something new that I found at that time. Although it was just mesmerizing. And since then I have tried multiple outlets for waffles. There have been several outlets serving waffles but the ones that make it properly are less in amount. Worst branch ever......staff is very rude. they served the waffle cold and when asked they would blame us saying they only call out for the customer once after the waffle is ready and are not responsible if the customer does not receive it. We were sitting about a meter away from the counter but they would not bother calling us loud enough to collect the waffle before it was lying around for too long and they decided then give us a proper call after it had gone all cold.and yes treat to aese kr rahe the jese vo us branch ka owner he or free me sb ko bant rahe...

Had been to enjoy a sweet tooth post dinner with my daughter. And believe me it was absolutely disappointing. When we think of waffel we think of a perfect combination of hot and sweet ,but to put it off we got cold and sweet . It was already made waffel long back to which he just put sauce and gave it. Not once but twice. As I had my waffel a 1st bite ,I was like Sir this is cold waffel it's not hot, even after bringing him notice abt this ,he served my daughter another cold one.
