I specially requested for a focaccia which is without spice and asked 2-3 times if the chicken will be spicy. The lady at the counter said it will be bland and then handed over a stale looking focaccia with a red hot masala stuffing. It was priced Rs. 187. When I complained, they offered to replace it with a croissant of Rs. 97 with no refund. Waste of money. Taste was pathetic!!!

The man at the counter is telling me to forget about refund and prioritize my health.
