Wanna hang out with family in Borivali West? Achija is a great choice!
Achija is a pure veg restaurant located near Borivali station on Chandavarkar Road, right next to Ghantawala Pan.
π Ambience:
At the entrance, there is a waiting area, and while you wait, you can enjoy pani puri from the outlet outside. The restaurant has two floors β the ground floor is small, but the first floor is spacious. Evenings are crowded, so expect a 15-30 minute wait.
πββοΈ Service:
The service was quick and efficient.
What we ordered:
π Complementary: 1-liter packaged water and 2 papads.
πΉ Drinks:
βΆ Pineapple Juice β Fresh and nice, we asked for it without ice and sugar. βΆ Orange Juice β My daughter loved it! All seasonal juices were fresh.
π² Starters:
βΆ Pani Puri β 8 pieces per plate, the highest I've seen! Tasty and customizable as per your preference.
π± Main Course:
βΆ Lasagne β Super cheesy and delicious, loaded with veggies and paneer chunks. It was made in white sauce, which I preferred over red sauce. Felt like an Indian version of lasagne, but it was tasty! βΆ Onion Rawa Masala Dosa β Dosa was good, but the masala was bland. Sambhar and chutney were just okay.
π° Desserts:
βΆ We were too full to order desserts!

Β Β Β Read moreWe went on Saturday, around 8.00 pm, there was waiting for more than 30 mins, however it was worth the wait. The service was fast, waiters and managers were friendly and caring. They ensured the order was served well and they were very much present for guests on each table.
The quantity and quality of food is value for money including the taste and hygiene.
They serve mineral water , papad and chutney on the house as you wait for your order to arrive. We rarely get to see this hospitality these days in Mumbai restaurants.
They are famous for Pav bhaji, they do serve pujabi, Chinese, Mexican and continental dishes as well. We had ordered lasagna, it was priced less than the restaurants around, very tasty and a good portion of serving.
We witnessed people from all age groups from senior citizens to children to teenagers and families celebrating birthdays and anniversaries at Achija. It's spread wide over an area they have dining space on ground level and first level is spacious not too cramped up.
Thank you Achija, Borivali west for...
