Agent Jack's bar is located at Malad West Mumbai.

🍷They have an app where you can bargain with a bot, it is fun and they display the conversation on big TV.

🍷Prompt and Commendable service. More relevant for group of friends to party.

🍷I am in love with its Lit ambience.Ample space to seat and even dance after they'll make you happy and tipsy of course.

🍷Their live screening is beyond amazing! with some of your favourite songs on the list because DJ knows what public wants after some drinks.

🍷We started with some drinks which includes ▪️Smirnoff ▪️Blenders Pride ▪️Kingfisher Ultra ▪️Blue Riband

🍷All of them are worth for the bargain i made and delicious and refreshing as well.

🍷Then going forward to the starters, i had ▪️Chinese Bhel ▪️Chicken Chilly ▪️Salt & Pepper Prawns ▪️Paneer Chilli

🍷All of these items were the most delicious and perfectly made as mu taste buds need them to be.

🍷Chicken chilly are the most recommended of these though.

💥 For the main course I've ordered ▪️Alfredo Pasta :-Though pasta was not upto the mark.

🍷Well we were really full until this poiny, but there's always some space for the desserts.

🍷They might not have those better dessert options though, but still we ordered Chocolates Brownie.

🍷All n all the experience was quite satisfying.

I recently had a fantastic evening at Agent Jack’s Bar, conveniently located on Link Road, and just a stone’s throw from our neighbourhood.

Lively Ambience & Layout The bar’s casual, dim-lit décor with rustic wooden accents and generous seating (including an open terrace) sets the perfect atmosphere for weekend evenings or a fun date night .

Interactive Drink Experience One of the standout features is their innovative app-based bar bidding—where you can negotiate drink prices via an AI bartender displayed on the screens. It’s playful and engaging, adding a whole new dimension to ordering .

Great Music & DJ Sets The in-house DJ spins a mix of 80s/90s classics combined with current hits and a dash of Bollywood/Punjabi flavor—ideal for a relaxed night or to groove later on .

Tasty Bites & Bar-Chakna The snacks perfectly complement the drinks. Favorites include fish fingers, masala peanuts, schezwan chicken, chicken kalimiri kebab, butter garlic prawns—and even mocktails like “Zombie” and “Before Sunset” earn rave reviews .

Friendly Service Staff are generally prompt, helpful, and courteous. Though early evening might have some ordering glitches, things settle quickly into a smooth, enjoyable vibe .

Since the one who allotted us a table insisted on giving us the feedback no matter what as it was very important for them, here you go. We came here with an expectation of spending some quality time with a unique experience which only lasted until we ordered the food.It all began when we ordered a beer bucket the table waiter over excitedly insisted on ordering a non veg starter for us which turned out to be most expensive non veg starter that wasn't worth the price, a Half Cooked 4 piece mutton chap that was brought within 15mins of ordering followed by loaded fries which was supposed to be served prior to the starter. The quantity of fries was equivalent to a small fries at McDonald's but the quality was not even close. Well that didn't end there we decided to move out and asked for a bill the waiter brought the bill and was confident to ask him how much tip should I add to the bill? Seriously? Is this the new zen z way to ask for a tip? I checked the bill and we were already charged for a sgst+cgst which was beyond the tip he deserved when I showed him the same he had the audacity to argue on how that is different to tipping him separately. I have the Idea that tipping someone is a personal choice and should not be requested for but it wasn't the same here. Anyway to sum up this review I would say it was definitely not worth 2.1K.
