Anand Dosa Stall — Restaurant in Mumbai

Update : Went for a quick lunch on 18th October, as I was at Saifee Tyres next door. Had Mysore Masala Cheese Dosa. Nice.

I went there basis a strong recommendation of a friend, when I had gone for my car’s tyres at Saifee Tyres, next door. Its offerings are dosas. Period. Laser focussed. Period.

Aanand Dosa not only did not disappoint, but I am a fan now. Had a Mysore Masala Dos. It was piping hot, cooked right in front of you over a charcoal fire. I had to wait a bit as there were about 6-8 persons, all waiting patiently for their items to be cooked….

Absolutely terrific - not too spicy, not bland. Will definitely have my meals here, whenever I visit Saifee Tyres. Highly recommended.

(Since it is street food, on the pavement, in a busy lane which also has the Poddar International School, plenty of shops, apart from the terrific Saifee Tyres, there is no parking and stopping your car at the pavement’s edge could be problematic, as Aanand Dosa, is beside the crossroad. We are regular patrons of this dosa joint, where a wide array of dosas is served. Our favorites are the bhaji dosa and paper dosa. Dining options include eating inside the car or standing. However, service can be slow due to the high footfall. The atmosphere is average, influenced by the weather since standing outside is necessary. Fortunately, there are other great eateries nearby offering momos, twisters, dabeli, and bhelpuri. Dosa lovers out there!! kindly visit this place Few minutes walking from Santacruz station to this relishing dosa stall. As I prefer spicy food, I ordered Chopsuey Mysore Dosa. It was fusion of noodles and veggies with Indian tadka masala with ofcourse our Favourite Orange chutney and also green chutney.
