Bakers & More (Santacruz West) — Restaurant in Mumbai

Cake are food but the service is terrible. They've kept illiterate and uncouth staff, the old man kept coming outside and shouting at the 2 kids eating fries with their pastries saying outside food is not allowed, he will remove the table. The area is shared, there's another joint next door, when a customer has paid so much on multiple pastries I don't get what's the problem with snacking on a small box of fries as well especially when just a 3 year old is doing it. Was so awkward, the staff refused to budge and was loud! Better to avoid this place now, sad. Hope the owner can read this review and train their staff on good mannerism...

Stumbled upon this cake outlet a long time back which is located in Santacruz near Podar International school.📍🍰🍮🎂🧁

Was curious as their menu consists of quiet alot of variety of cakes🥮🥧🍩🍪 but the taste & quality was satisfactory.

Now Bakers & More has become one of my go to place for several occasions.

What I've tried:-

🎂Pineapple Fresh Fruit N Cream Cake (Filled with fresh cream & pineapple cream - my all time favourite for most of the small & big celebrations at home, office, etc)

🎂 Chocolate Bite Cake Others cakes also are worth a try😋

This cake shop plays with people's emotions I ordered a dark chocolate walnut cake one day before and asked for the delivery next day around 11.30 PM and they were agreed with this next day they called at 11.30 PM and at end moment they are telling me to come and collect the cake if it is not possible u should inform me before ....u people have just messed up someone's birthday....and this is not the first time every time I call u don't have...
