One of the finest and very royal outlet of Bayroute.! Also, Bayroute is my favorite place when it comes to middle eastern cuisine.!
Being a fan of this chain, I visited the pheonix mall outlet on a holiday for lunch and I was really impressed with the interiors of this place..!
Place is spread across two floors, lower floor has comparatively dim lights in day time compared to upper floor. Upper floor I found very royal looking and those big curtains do give a feel of dinning in a royal castle.! Seating arrangement is super comfortable on both the floors. Their trademark lantern pattern is very well accommodated on the upper floor and it really looks very attractive. Overall ambience is no less than any five star place.! Definitely a good choice for dinner dates.!
Staff and service, service at this place is flawless and all the table essentials are taken care of with perfection. We were served by Mr. Naresh, he was very professional, had very great communication skills and provided a very good description of certain dishes.! Bar tenders at this place are highly skilled and they served cocktails in amazing way.! Overall service and staff I would say exceeds the expectation.!
Food and Drinks, believe me there are very few places serving authentic and wide range of Middle Eastern cuisine and Bayroute is one of them. I have hardly found this good taste any where else.! Their food menu almost accommodates all the famous cuisines from middle eastern region.! They do have an amazing bar setup and I found bar setup of this outlet the most attractive one.! Their cocktails are all innovative and very refreshing.!
We could sip in some cocktail and had few small plates, one main course as their appetizers are very heavy and some great desserts..! Things that we tried and recommend to all our friends are as below.!
Drinks that will lift up your mood: Sumac de-light a perfect combination of vodka and gin along with some smoke infused herbs.! Glass rim dipped in a herb and salt mixture and it gives an amazing taste in every sip. Served in a cage, looks very attractive and tastes amazing.!
Honey on fire - to all the whisky lovers this is something that one should not miss. Proportionate mixture of JD honey, coco and smoked JD. Taste wise it was fabulous and gives a little high too.! This I would say is a must try cocktail at this place.!
Other good and refreshing cocktails that can be tried are desset Strom and palm island.! They were also presented in a unique way and had a really unique taste.! Palm Island is served in a real coconut and it tastes amazing.!
Coming to food, this place never fails to surprise me with its lip smacking varieties! I have visited this place so many times still I have so many things yet to try from their menu. This time we took a recommendation from Mr. Naresh and ordered few new things that we haven't tried at this place before.!
Small plates: Musabbaha - Sambal Twist in a regular hummus.! Yeah, medium spicy version of my fav. Hummus. A layer of Sambal on top of hummus and topping of spice coated chickpeas served with a choice of bread.! We had it with soft pita and it tasted super good.! Kolokithi- a perfect appetizer I would say.! Exotic chips sprinkled with herbs and spices and served on a bed of fresh cream.! Varieties include yellow and green zucchini and aubergine chips.! It was crispy as it should be.!
Roz bukhari - a perfect main course, super delicious rice preparation along with some dry fruits and resins. Authentic taste and served along with some exotic veggies, marinated and grilled perfectly in a clay oven.!
Desserts: Baklava - yes, I eat Baklava whenever I visit this place because they serve it in so mesmerizing way.! Taste wise its fabulous plus presentation is most unique one.! Definitely a must try.!
Shukulata al habib - Chocolate mousse in a very unique way.! Served in a chocolate ball with lots of other surprise like while chocolate chunks.! Looks very good and tastes amazing.!

Bayroute is a fine dining type of restaurant along with the fully functional bar.The restaurant has skilled chef's which are expert in preparing Egyptian,Turkish,Moroccan Lebanese and Greek style cuisines.
Stepping into the outlet seems like you are stepping into a middle eastern Street side Cafe. The whole scenario changes once you enter the restaurant.Basically Bayroute is an outlet based on middle eastern countries. The minimalistic interiors reflect the middle eastern designs which give a cool and vibrant wife to it.Hot air balloon lanterns,Rose gold cutlery and well stocked bar is so attractive that you can get easily pulled towards it.

You can sit wherever you want as per your choice.Sitting area is well organised and also provide comfort as they have sofas as well as chairs.
The staff and the chef's working at the restaurant are well trained professionals in their fields respectively. They very well know how to make the customers happy and make the experience memorable for them. I really love the restaurant and hope to visit it soon.
🔸Talking About The Food ➡️
Once I got comfortable on my table the waiter served me a glass of water. Then he explain me with the menu because the menu was a bit different as outlet is based on middle eastern theme.Their menu was from right to left rather than being from left to right. It was not as we usually see in other restaurants in India.

Every dish we tried here was unique in its own way and really set the bars for the next dish that was to come. The restaurant adopts the classic bread-fermentation process and cooking techniques such as flat stone atop burning embers, spinning rotisserie and open fire roasted skewers that were once discovered in the lands of Middle Eastern! Restaurant further incorporates their most frequently used and savour-able ingredients such as dates, chickpea's, olives, za'atar, saffron to create a range of mouth-watering delicacies. Bayroute also offers guest a rare opportunity to savour a few hidden gems like Kibbeh, Manakeesh and even Tagine.
🔸The restaurant has very luxurious and vibrant ambience and enthusiastic vibes, as soon as you walk in you know you're going to have a great meal. Apart from their befitting and treat to watch ambience and outstanding food, we loved their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
🔸GREEK GODDESS:- A drink for the Goddess for sure! It was a mixture of creamy vanilla Greek yogurt blended with pitted wild berries and mint. I loved the smooth texture of this beverage, excellent, not to thick and nor too watery runny, just on point! I am a great fan of having real cut fruits in a drink and this shake really has that powered.
🔸ARABIC DATE PALM SHAKE:- Creamy and incredibly delicious Date shake, is not just healthy but also heavy on nutritional value! I felt that it also contained some amount of Sapodilla Plum fruit (Chikoo) which gave the drink its necessary volume. Obviously due to the presence of Date and Chikoo in it, taste wise it was sweeter on every sip, but it was kind of palate soothing and didn't really mattered how sweet it is! "Highly Recommended "
🔸HAMID PRAWNS:- Sumac and herb marinated prawns were beautifully chargrilled and was accompanied along with confit garlic butter. A very unique accompaniment but honestly I loved it. The prawns were nice tender and were very juicy. It's a new arrival so do order a portion of this, trust me you'll enjoy it!
🔸KEBAB ISTANBUL:- Hand pressed aromatic lamb minced skewers were served and were very well accompanied along with their house made French fries which were different than the regular fries and garlic butter mint tahini sauce. The minced lamb kebab was flawlessly cooked, ideally charred, perfectly seasoned, like just impeccable! As soon as you take a bite, the kebab just dissolves in your mouth and thats the unique selling point of this dish. Just melt-in-mouth perfection! " Highly Recommended "
🔸QUWARMAH:- It's basically a bread item, were boat shaped bread is baked and served and from inside the boat includes some interesting and mouth-watering stuff. Here the stuffing was Kuwaiti curried chicken topped with golden fried onions, cheese, cilantro and pomegranate kernels. Oh my god! What can i say, seriously I cherished the Kuwaiti curried chicken wholly. It was damn tasty, and the combination of other elements along with it was just on point. "Highly Recommended "
🔸PISTACHIO MILLE- FEUILLE:- Layers of phyllo pastry sheets sandwiched with rosettes of whipped pistachio cream, capped with glazed berries and fig icecream! Personally i have only seen this type of layered dessert in television cookery shows but first time tasted. The experience of having it was great specially loved the flavor of pistachio dominating in the entire preparation. As mentioned it was served with an icecream, but the icecream was actually freshly prepared using nirogen oxide. This dessert too is a new addition to the menu just like hamid prawns so definitely worth giving a shot!
🔸With an intricately designed restaurant that comprises old world charm exteriors and elegant modern interiors and carefully arranged menu that is segregated according to flora, aqua and fauna, brace yourself for the epitome of Middle Eastern done dining experience right here, at...
