Just wanted to give my feedback as I had visited your Birdy cafe at Dadar branch it was a wonderful experience as I was looking to buy a red velvet cake but was disappointed cause that particular cake was not available in that outlet but thanks to Shubhangi who works at the cafe as she was busy setting up the cafe she was so helpful towards me and she made sure that she would get that cake from the other outlet if she wanted she could told me that she doesn't have that cake but she made sure that she doesn't loose the valuable guest and plus make the guest meet his needs thank you for the hard working Employee you have I give her 10out of 10 because she made my day by going out of the way to get that particular cake May you become the manager of that outlet Shubhangi from Birdys the Best...

Absolutely disappointed by service from Birdys Dadar East branch.The staff on duty Raj is absolutely unprofessional and full of attitude and a big kamchor.I ordered from swiggy croissants and he just sends in a brown paper bag not even birdys bag or box after swiggy charging 10 rs for packaging and when i went to return,i met this Raj at the store and he was serving customers with a chewing gum in his mouth which he kept chewing ,which is a big NO in service and hospitality with a pee cap andthis is how he serves as if he is on a picnic.Absolutely slow in his work and shows me attitude saying i have other customers to attend.If you don't have proper staff to run a business then plz shut ur store and don't spoil the brand...
