Cake ordered- Vegan Homemade Chocolate cake So i was looking for a birthday cake for my brother who is Lactose intolerant and found this bakery online. I called the owner- Tara and asked her if she could make a cake which would be vegan and without dairy products in it, which i wanted in 2hrs. With this minimum time, she graciously accepted it. The cake was delivered on time and was made exactly according to my preferences. And the outcome was really great. My brother loved it, also i would like to add- As both my parents are diabetic, they hardly eat more than one small bite of any cake. But this time they loved eat so much that the cake was finished within 10 mins literally. Also Tara was sweet enough to call me and take the feedback of the cake the next day. I have ordered from Bombay bizarre baker on three different occasions for their cakes. The first time I ordered for a cream cheese coconut flour cake with berries. This cake blew my mind. The second time I ordered a chocolate coconut flour cake with berries, and I was absolutely in for a surprise. Although the cakes were sugar free, they both tasted divine. I would blindly recommend Tara to anyone looking out for a tasty and healthy options for cakes and treats. We got a cake here for my mom's birthday. Not recommended from a customer service point of view. The owner is extremely careless- she sent an extremely delicate cake by dunzo. As a result of this, it was completely melted and deformed. The worst part was that the Baker doesnt take responsibility for the delivery. At such a premium price, the least she can do is put in sufficient investment and care in delivery, which clearly is not a priority for her. The deformed cake was a complete mood spoiler for our birthday party. I don't recommend this place purely because of the service quality. Quality and customer happiness doesn't matter for these...
