Burger King — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had ordered a whooper through Magicpin which is a food delivery app yesterday, the chicken pattie came out burnt and was definitely not edible, I did contact the app customer service but got no response that's another issue, but later contacted the BK chain itself and insted of a refund I was expected to come to their place pick it up whenever I could as a replacement, this doesn't seem professional considering you were at fault for providing me with a burnt chicken pattie, and why would a customer go through all the trouble to get a replacement? Never order from this outlet it's waste of money because I had issues with this outlet for more then 3 times. Once I had ordered for chicken whopper double patty with cheese and in that both the chicken patty were totally burned also because of the burned patty the taste was very bitter and was getting burned smell. Also I ordered for a Veg lava cheese molten burger in this the patty was completely empty and hollow there was no cheese lava at all. hi all , first time i downloaded the burgerking APP on 4th june,2024 and booked order , i have a pathetic experience , order was from Burgerking sakinaka i got delivery after two hours of my order and when i got delivery one burger from my order was missing as well they offered free chocolate drink which was not there , upon calling delivery boy he was also rude and didn't answer me properly. i tried calling sakinaka branch but no one were picking up the call.
